After my last experience with a marketing firm (it was negative) I was skeptical about going forward and using one again. Actually, skeptical doesn't do it justice ; I was really against it. However, the team at WorkRoom won me over with their presentation. It was well crafted, personable and made me feel good about starting another marketing project. The results and support throughout were great.I worked heavily with Sam, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Results were delivered within the time they gave me, and I paid what I felt was a pretty fair price! There's a lot of overpriced services out there for half-decent results but happy to say that wasn't the case here. Working with them also got me interested in what they do. I've been reading the blog on their website and it's provided me with some good tips so far. I don't have time to become an expert, but it's nice to learn what I can from a source I trust. I know next to nothing about marketing so I turned to workroom for my needs which, at the time, I didn't have the faintest idea of! I just knew I needed more traffic & more business.The team made some great suggestions for me, and in the end I decided to work with them on a Google Adwords PPC campaign. When I first heard PPC it sounded like another language to me. Fortunately, they were able to explain to me in simple terms exactly what that meant, why it was essential, and how it could improve my business. I wasn't involved much after that but I left the job in their hands feeling pretty confident.The campaign ended up doing great! I got the business I was looking for at price I could afford. Workroom managed all my ads, my spending, and saved me a ton of time. That was worth the price alone! It's tough to get ahead of the competition here in LA, and I couldn't have done it on my own. I was recommended WorkRoom by a friend who had found success with them in the past. After hearing such good things, I was eager to get started. I was initially a little concerned about the distance (I am in NYC) but that concern was quickly put to the side.I was in search of an ORM solution for my business and the founder, Sam, delivered and then some. He personally attended to my every marketing need and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to follow. Sam took our wedding photos five years ago, we really wouldn't have trusted anyone else with that job! Not only was he highly professional, but put both me and my husband at ease. The result was beautiful and natural photos, really showing our true personalities. And he delivered the photos super quickly too!
