Contacted work work ltd for a government grant to replace my 80 year old mothers boiler couldn’t be more pleased with the response filled a few forms in a great the boiler was fitted 4 days later by two very friendly fitters quick and efficient would definitely recommend 1st class

I've had the worst experience with this company. First of all, their so called 'marketing manager' with whom I had to communicate throughout the process, is incapable to even read your email properly and understand what you want.
E.g. I needed a quote for a loft insulation, and twice (!) she responded with an email about insulating a cavity wall. Not a single time did I receive a straight answer to my question.
Then Work Work asked me to pay a deposit of 120 GBP to send someone to my house and give me a quote. The deposit was meant to be refunded to me once I go ahead with the insulation.
I applied for the Green Homes Grant (GHG) using the received quote, waited for the grant for over 6 months and then decided not to waste my time anymore and to pay for the insulation from my own pocket. And guess what? Work Work refused to honour their own quote and informed me that if I want to do the work without the Grant, then it'll cost me significantly more! At no point before was I told that they charge different prices for the same service, depending on whether you pay it yourself or through a government scheme.
When I refused and asked for my deposit back - shock! - they refused and sent me some semi-rude emails pointing out that in the subject of their emails it says 'Green Homes Grant' which somehow should have indicated to me that the original quote was only valid for the grant. They then stopped responding to my emails completely.
I recommend you avoid these dishonest money grabbing people at all cost - save your time and money.
