Words are not my strength and when I was preparing marketing material to launch a new nutrition coaching programme, I asked Jo to sharpen up the wording and make it clear and punchy. She did this at incredibly short notice and I was delighted with the results. More...

Jo exceeded my expectations. She wrote and distributed a press release for me about a specific workshop I was running in October. It was quite a short deadline but Jo pulled it off. She also and gave me the chance to make corrections so I was sure to be happy with what went out. I got so much coverage the class was full. I then got a call in December from the local paper wanting to interview me on the back of the information she had sent in. I got a full page spread, so I am really pleased. My next workshop is already half full so it really works. Jo's professional, timely and effective services were worth every penny. Thank you Jo. More...

Working with Jo was a real pleasure. She took the time to get to know me and my business and in doing so was able to provide me the copy for a bio that I can send to event organisers and news organisations. She also helped me to draft an article for a regional business magazine. Jo worked quickly and efficiently and was also very quick to respond with revisions, not that we needed many as she had a good grasp of what I wanted to say in the article. Jo's attention to detail and collaborative approach earns trust and I would happily recommend her for all your PR copy needs. More...

Jo created the initial copy for my "about me" page and has helped me craft articles for the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce. Each piece of work was delivered to time and quality and she was quick to understand what I wanted to say and help me set the right tone. Jo's approach is collaborative, receptive to feedback, and keen to get it right; all qualities which make her a pleasure to work with and someone I can trust to do the job. More...

I've known Jo for many years and worked with her on a number of events recently. The qualities of a good journalist is to understand what the product or service is about and Jo does just that. Her enthusiasms, professionalism and knowledge of the subject she writes about coupled with the experience she has in the P/R and Newspaper industry allows Jo to provide not just great writing skills but also offer great advice on what works and doesn't in the ever changing world of P/R, Press and Social Media. I recommend Jo to all my clients looking for any P/R or newspaper advice. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I'm incredibly nosy and love meeting people and finding out their stories, then I love turning their great business news into press releases and seeing them widely covered
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to use my experience gained in journalism and PR to set up my own business, working for myself. Also, as a news editor I was pretty appalled by the low standards adopted by many PR agencies: shoddy copy, badly pitched with no hope of coverage. I knew I could do better, and I have.
Why should our clients choose you?
I know what I am doing - I've been in journalism and PR now for 30 years and I get excellent results for my clients. I love what I do, and I enjoy the variety. My clients range from accountants and lawyers, to homecare providers and charities.
