I am so very grateful to Russell who I spoke to when I phoned Smart Tech . I am housebound due to illness and I have dropped my phone many many times unfortunately this time it just died on me. My whole life is in my phone every Consultant phone number etc I am so lucky that my carer had time to pop down to Smart Tech as Russell informed me that he could fix it he even informed me approximately how long it would take and how much it would cost. I got my phone back in perfect condition all mended. People who are poorly like myself rely on kindness and excellent service. Big thanks to smart tech Worcester took my phone in after taking it to some one else to look at as it would not charge was told by the first person it wasn’t repairable brought it to smart tech they diagnosed it called me told me it was just a charger port and even did the repair same day and stayed open later than normal to fix it and allow me to collect this on a Saturday absolutely amazing
