Wow. What service. Arrived with my old (so Apple told me) iMac, parking out front - perfect. I was greeted by an engineer who kindly helped me with the beast from the car. I had just been to the Apple store in Cheltenham who had told me my 2011 iMac was in fact, obsolete and they couldn't help me, but suggested I buy a new one! Well, I'd rather hang on to my £3,000 after visiting Worcester Computers as they sorted it right out! New SSD, all my files, the machine flies! It's like new and perfectly suits my needs, so thanks all at Worcester Computers, and Apple... what are you playing at?!.... So so so so so happy. Honestly, I don't think I could have asked for much more from my experience with Brett and Worcester Computers.

My 2011 iMac developed a major fault leaving it completely unusable and with me unable to access any of my data. I hadn't made a data backup previously (it was always one of those things that I would 'get round to' but never did) but Brett was able to retrieve all of my important files, photos and music with no problems. He also worked tirelessly to get the issue resolved and kept me updated on a daily basis as to the current situation with my computer. Although I have a relatively sufficient technical knowledge about computers I'm by no means an expert, but Brett always explained in clear and concise terms to me so I always understood the situation.

Brett's manner is very personable and nothing is too much for him. He is always very welcoming to visitors to the Worcester Computers shop and actually makes the experience of having your computer fixed an enjoyable one!

In addition, the music which is played in the shop demonstrates excellent taste and you can get AMAZING coffee while you're there!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brett and Worcester Computers if you're looking to fix your machine, buy a new one or get one built - Worcester Computers handles all three (and more) with total ease.
