I am beyond pleased with my experience here! I placed my order online at night, I called first thing the next morning to see about making a slight change to the arrangement. The call rang through busy so I thought I would call again later, but no need! They called me right back & were able to accommodate my request with friendliness! We chose Wooster Floral & Gifts for tux rental and fresh flowers for my son's wedding on August 19, 2017. Katrina was very helpful and professional! The choice she helped us make on the variety of flowers we purchased in bulk were perfect! The centerpieces we assembled with the flowers turned out fabulous. I have ordered many times from Wooster Floral over the past year and have never been disappointed. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to actually be the recipient of one of their beautiful arrangements when my daughter sent me flowers for Valentine's Day. I immediately knew as I entered my room, before I even saw them, that there were flowers because my room smelled amazing! I have brought them to work today and had several people stop by my desk to admire them and remark on how fragrant they are. For work, I needed to order a bouquet to send out today so I called them immediately and once again, the ordering process was so easy and every person I have ever spoken with there has been so sweet and friendly.
