We recently had a complete renovation of a small bungalow into a 2 bedroom dormer bungalow. The job included totally gutting the property and creating brand new everything. We are delighted with the end result, the joiner was super, fitting a beautiful kitchen and created some bespoke storage space under the stairs. Our living area is fabulous, we especially appreciate the bi-fold doors which lead into the paved garden. We used Woodstone Renovations to build 3 ensuite bathroom's for a guest house. This involved full plumbing, tiling and joinery work. All of which was done to an exceptional standard. We also had some custom built furniture made which we were extremely pleased with.We found it very easy to communicate with the MD, Mark Thompson throughout the whole time, he is very quick to respond to any queries that we have and was happy to rectify anything that we were not happy with. He was very clear in terms of his pricing and he delivered everything that we agreed on within the timeframe we gave. Working with Woodstone Renovations was a very stress free process as they are very professional, friendly and the staff are highly skilled so it gave me peace of mind. Mark and the guys at Woodstone Renovations were lifesavers to us when we had no option to ask our builder to leave without completing what was listed in our contract. They provided a first class service to us and fitted us in at very short notice often working between other jobs on an evening and weekends. We could not fault them at all. Everything from customer service to the quality of work provided was outstanding. Their professionalism was amazing and gave us hope in the building trade again after everything we had gone through with our original building contractor. I needed some work doing to a one bedroom flat in York, this included removing existing then replacing areas of chipboard flooring, boxing to bathroom pipework and the internal front door. As I don't live in York, I was reliant on Woodstone Renovations to undertake the work without supervision. This they did... the work was done exactly to the price, specification, and within the timeframe agreed. I contacted Mark in the middle of a house painting crisis - the gable ends needed over-boarding ... and quickly. The scaffolding was up and the painters were already on with the job when Mark stepped in. He came round to see the job as promised and within the week the work was done. Painters commented on the job being well done. Marine plywood was in place within 24 hours of starting the work and was already primed/undercoated without messing up the rest of the house decoration schedule.We couldn't have done it without Woodstone - so thanks for that you guys ! Mark and his team were, professional,timely,friendly,helpful,tidy and did a great job for us . They fully re-tiled our en-suite with ceramic tiles and mozaic borders, chosen by us. In addition they removed our old corner vanity basin unit and wc and fitted our new bathroom unit with integral wash basin and wc with concealed cistern.
