We've been loving this place lately so a bit biased but took my parents last night! My dad is hard to impress but said he really thought it was great pizza! The wings are as Richard Christy would say, my faaaaaavorite! The salads are good and come with a huge delicious garlic bread monstrosity! The pizza comes out super fast so hardly a wait! Love when they have a local flavors deal, but still a good price without a coupon! Came here with 45 minutes left until closing after my son's game. We had the wings appetizer and we each ordered an individual pizza. I went simple with just pepperoni. My son added, well see for yourself what he ordered. He loved it. As did I, I asked for extra cheese and also if they would cook it a little longer as I love a crispy crust. The wings were good, a nice hard breading like Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries were good as well, just crispy enough. I highly recommend this place, there are enough tables and the staff is kind. Really good pizza.  I love their SoCal p zone pizza.  And my son loves the cheese pizza...very cheesy.  The pizza is good, not greasy and very tasty, not too salty and quite flavorful.  Well it's what you get what you pay for, but it's not like over priced.  Their dining place is clean.  Small empty boxes to pack your unfinished pizza home, (if you eat in).Dropped by there like almost every weekend for the last 2 months.  The only thing that take their star away is the employees keeps staring at you when you are refilling your drinks. On our way home from the Pasadena City College Flea market, we were searching for a new place to try.​ Highway 71 has a lot of options, but we are getting bored with the norms out there. So a trip on Yelp brings us to the Chino Hills exit were we stumble upon Woodstone Pizzeria. We looked over the menu and opted to give it a try. Boy, are we glad we did. The restaurant and bathrooms are super clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. Now let's talk about food. My husband chose a personal green pie, and our friend went with a personal meat lovers pizza. They both agreed it was hands down the best pizza they have had. I believe the wood fire stove and fresh ingredients had something to do with it. I went with the chicken parm sub and fries and it could of feed two people easily.​ My girlfriend had the antipasto which came with super tasty garlic bread. We had lunch at this eatery in Chino Hills this week. Three elements that justifies for my high rating of Woodstone Pizzeria:1. The landscaping in front of the restaurants is very nice, green and well maintained. The setup inside is decent and clean.2, The staff is helpful and courteous.3. Love their pizza. It's thin crust and you can build your own by choosing all the parts from crust to toppings. They use a stone oven so the pizza is cooked fast and crispy to my liking. They share a parking lot in a shopping center with a bunch of other restaurants but you never have an issue finding parking nearby. Even when they are busy you can usually find a table and there's isn't a very long line. They have a clean and open atmosphere. But stick with the pizza. This place was a great find! So happy to have tasted their delicious pizza!Highly recommend! And well earned 5 stars. The staff was very welcoming including the owner himself. I grew up in Brooklyn NY, so I know a little about pizza. It's as close as you can get that authentic NYC pie.  Recommend to just get the plain 16" cheese and sauce to really appreciate the deliciousness of the flavor of the sauce and cheese and that a perfectly crisped, yet still doughy pie crust. My first time here, I wanted to try this local pizzeria out. It's super close to me so I was very excited to find out the pizza here is DELICIOUS. Lately I have been trying out different make your own pizza places. They were all pretty similar to me and none of them really stood out. But this place is pretty darn good. The crust is justtt to my preference. It's not thin as a paper, its doughy the way I like. they have a wide selection of cheese and veggies. YUM. And let me tell you, goat cheese + ricotta = bombbbb. like BOOM haha. that's my favorite combo so far. Also with mozarella its perfecto. Never enough cheese. And if you eat it there, straight fresh from the oven, it is the perfect crispiness. i am drooling from describing and remembering how it tasted haha. Woodstone Pizzeria has easily become my favorite and go to pizza place. While other pizza places like blaze and pieology use a thinner crust in order to save time and get your pizza out quicker. I find that Woodstone definitely does not skimp out on their dough AND still manages to get your pizza out quickly. The price of the pizzas is also very affordable. The pizzas are always amazing. You can choose between a specialty pie, where everything is already on it, or a build your way pizza, where you choose the toppings. The crust is perfectly cooked to where it's soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They also have a wide variety of cheeses, meats, and veggies so it's definitely vegetarian friendly. I always get the ovaline cheese or fresh mozzarella on my pizza because it's so melty and good!! I also haven't seen it in other pizza places The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They take the time to make sure your pizza is exactly how you want it and explain some of the different toppings available (which was great as I found that other pizza places rush to get your order in or are kind of rude). Food is typically good here. I'd give 4.5 stars to food and convenience. I've been here several times and the quality is consistent. I ordered a build your own salad via GrubHub/Yelp and my order was wrong. I order delivery and pick up often. So, I understand sometimes there are mistakes. I had to have a few phone calls due to a miscommunication between GrubHub and the restaurant but at the end they made it right. TIP: DON'T USE GRUBHUB IF YOU ARE PLACING A PICKUP ORDER. I chose to get the "build my own" ($9.99). I chose to get goat cheese, sauteed mushrooms,sauteed onions, sauteed zucchini, and roasted garlic. I like that they cooked their vegetables and aren't raw. I really liked it here! There are so many build your own pizza places and this one stood out to me. They have imported flour which is really cool and their ingredients are fresh! What's also different is they have 2 size options. A little pricey, but I felt the quality is definitely better and a little thicker than other build your own pizza places. They also have other menu items, like chicken strips and wings and an assortment of desserts. I love the Italian vibe here, they even play really good music to get you in the Italian mood. The inside is clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. WOODSTONE IS MY FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE!!!! This (kinda) hidden gem has my favorite Creamy White pizza. It's a pizza with an Alfredo sauce base, topped with chicken, lots of garlic, mushrooms, mozzarella and ricotta! It typically comes with red onions and olives too but I get mine without them.They have a similar style to other BYO pizza places, but since it's more of a mom-and-pop shop, the quality and service is much better. They are very accommodating when it comes to toppings and are very helpful when you have questions. They have pretty quick service, and I've been there enough times to know that even if it's busy, the pizza is worth the wait. One time we came after an entire softball team ordered individual pizzas, so we waited longer than usual for our order. But we love this place so much, so we understood the situation and waited patiently for things to come out. Such a huge fan of this place!! I reached out to see if I could throw my rehearsal dinner here, and not only did I get really quick responses, Marium was AMAZING to work with! She was so attentive before, and on the night of she was making sure all my guests were happy, the whole entire staff was catering to us and never made us feel like a bother. Not to mention the pizza is delicious!! We pretty much ordered 1 of every pizza and they were all phenomenal!! The White Top is my personal favorite and I recommend that pizza the most!! Came for dinner and we will be back. Service was great, food was good, and the dough was perfect. We got an individual pizza and a large one so we can try different crust. The individual pizza has thin crust, but not too thin and it wasn't overcooked so it wasn't hard once it cools. The large pizza dough is thicker, but it was light and not so dough-y.
