Woodlands paving & landscapes

A man came we discussed what I wanted doing, he had no pen or paper to write or do small drawing, he said the job would take 4 to 5 days and gave me price, I thought ouch but it will look good when completed,. I was having paving down side of fence to show bottoms of my panels that never happened...I had slabs to be laid at an angle facing house, that never happened...I wanted a bendy triangle near patio to place pots on and bird feeder, that didn't happen either it all got covered with membrane and stones thrown on it...my slabs which were square slabs 10 x 8 foot to make a frame with hexagons in middle so he thinks its completed so why do I have 8 spare slabs, that's like completing a jigsaw and having pieces left over hes got to be clever all slabs laid with no mallet or spirit level, the grass is growing faster through the slabs than the rest of my garden. Apart from removing 3 bushes in top corner of garden they did nothing I wanted job took 1 and 1/2 days no clean up after, I asked about reduction in price as he had said 4 to 5 days for job which he rushed through in 1 and 1/2 days..he said no so stupid me paid I had no receipt or breakdown of job before or after in fact I shouldn't have paid anything and made them rectify it. My son called the next day and asked me if I had cowboys round. The clothes they wore were more like painters and decorators and he brought his son along as well............PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if in fact they are a company More...
