Ryan was fantastic at helping my identify muscle weaknesses since having my first baby. He gave me steps and advice that helped build my muscles back up and I was back to running races even sooner than my doctor had said I would be. His positivity is contagious and it helps a lot when you’re dealing with an injury. More...

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about biomechanics. He genuinely wants to help patients achieve their goals (rehabbing or preventing injuries, achieving a race goal, etc. ). I started working with Ryan after a running injury left me unable to move without pain for several months. I also attended one of his strength programs designed for runners. Ryan's great at identifying mechanical issues and coming up with a plan to correct the underlying issue. He takes time to explain the underlying issue and path forward so that patients so understand why they are doing certain exercises. I really appreciated this. I'm a much stronger athlete and runner after working with him for almost a year. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a physical therapist in the Denver area! More...

I've had experiences with several different PTs. I've even had experience with Ryan in a different setting. You can tell by the amount of time and attention that Ryan gives to you in these sessions that he set up this practice for the love of his profession. He takes the time to listen to everything you have to say, ask insightful questions, fully test everything relevant, and make sure you leave knowing exactly what to do to take your recovery into your own hands. I sought PT from Ryan for nagging back pain and then again after I blew out my knee skiing. He is excellent! Ryan has always designed PT routines to enable me to reach my goals -- returning to running, backpacking, and skiing -- in a way that fits my office-worker lifestyle. Ryan is also just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend, especially for active folks! Ryan knows his running stuff. More...

Working with Ryan is great, he listens to the aches and pains you describe and doesn't dismiss them for his own agenda. Also, a PT plan is tailored to you for recovery without upselling devices, supplements, or other expensive items that other Physiotherapists may try to push on clients. 10/10.

Ryan Wooderson is an incredible Physical Therapist! I began working with him after learning I had a torn labrum last January. Ryan carefully explained my treatment options and what each path would entail. As I explored all my options, including surgery, Ryan remained supportive and helpful, always validating the process I wanted to move through to evaluate my path to recovery. Ultimately, I chose to commit to physical therapy and see how much function and mobility I could regain without surgery. Ryan’s knowledge and experience have helped me carefully progress through the therapeutic and strength training exercises and I am pleased with my progress. I have a lot more work to do, but with Ryan’s guidance, I feel confident that I can get back to playing with my daughters, skiing, climbing, hiking and biking. Thanks Ryan! More...

After a bad experience with another physical therapist I was apprehensive about giving PT another try with someone new, but I'm so grateful I did. Ryan is an excellent PT! He is kind, professional, and patient with all of my questions. He genuinely cares about helping you get back to doing what you love. More...

I have been to many PT's searching for guidance about a hip injury, and despite the fact that I don't even live in Colorado and can't visit the practice regularly, Ryan has gone out of his way to help me! He has sent me useful information, answered my many questions, and provided thoughtful insight about my injury. Ryan has offered me specific exercises and even provided visuals for each, to ensure proper technique. His encouragement has helped to renew my confidence. Ryan's guidance is genuine and his deliberate and thoughtful manner will clearly come across to his patients. I highly recommend talking to and going to see him at his practice! More...

Ryan helped me with the transition between postpartum injury to get back to running. I had gone to my normal doctor and their only recommendation was to stop running. Not to help me know what exercises I should focus on to be able to run again in the future. Ryan, not only helped during that transition, but now we are able to push forward into performance. I definitely recommend! More...
