Extremely negative rating. Below ZERO. This Indian furniture start-up is a disgrace. They are neither professional nor they have any work-ethos. They are about to spread their wings here in UK, after having a disastrous track-record in India (refer to the online reviews), to bring tears of despair and disgust to those whom they would fool and cheat here in UK. They follow NO CUSTOMER CARE approach. No concept of customer service and communication. They will ONLY lie, then again lie and then continue to lie. Warning all those , from UK, who would ever in their darnest-moment think of trying to take service from these big-time cheaters and fraudsters. Speaking from first-hand experience.Our products haven't arrived to us(even after TWO months, whilst we were promised that our case is put on a fast-track basis), in fact , we are not even aware of ANY STATUS about them. NOBODY IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM. Such is the deplorable state-of-affairs in which they operate! It's time these people hear from the legal authorities. Such companies and people, MUST BE REPRIMANDED LEGALLY (for causing immense harassment of all kinds) ! Such people's existence is an UTTER DISGRACE TO HUMAN LIVING. More...
