It is indeed a pleasure to attend the Pilates class under Wendy's tutoring .
Defenely planning to book 2 classes per week .
The studio it is very cosy and has a special elevated energy .

I have many heath issues including back problems, I have been to other Pilates teachers who haven’t been able to deal with me on a personal level either because the classes were too big or because they didn’t listen to me. Wendy listened and understood my complex problems, back and otherwise and was able to deal with me and help me improve my back strength and condition.
