Wow!! Contacted them last minute in hopes they could fit us in for a last minute cleaning at an affordable price. And wow! ! Their response time was absolutely amazing and quick! They gave us a fair and affordable quote for our 3 bed 3.5 bath house to be cleaned within 2 days! When they showed up I thought they had to be out of their mind cause it was one lady coming to clean our 2400 sq ft home. She took about 5-6 hours to clean but her work was amazing. She hit surfaces and areas we wouldn't have expected for the comparable price tag. Not only was she quick, she was quiet, respectful and all in all amazing!! Words cannot express how thankful I am for this company. I was getting ready to move out from my apartment but had to move back to Houston a couple weeks earlier for my job. Sergio and his team was very quick in responding, trustworthy, and managed to help me clean everything from appliances to carpet cleaning without me even having to come into town. He and his team even sent me pictures of my apartment after the cleaning. Thanks to Wonder Maid, I did not get charged for any additional charges from my move out statement. Received my quote quickly. Scheduling was easy. The crew was on time. They did a great job, and it even took less time than I expected. They even accept Venmo and Zelle, which is great. The cleaning was great I have no complaints about that. However I did specifically ask if I could pay with card when I scheduled the cleaning and I was told that I could and then I was told that they were not prepped to take a card payment when they were at my apartment. A little frustrating but I went to an ATM down the street no big deal. When I got back from the ATM and handed them the money I asked for my change and she told me that she did not have any so I ended up paying $10 more than I was quoted. Which usually wouldn't bother me but that combined with not being able to take my card as payment when I was told I could left me pretty annoyed. They just finished my house about an hour ago and I have to say I am very happy with the results. Took about 5 hours for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. This was a move out cleaning, but I did not need the extras so I opted for the standard cleaning. Lluvia did an amazing job. I recently booked a service with Wonder Maid and I couldn't be happier with the results!I was looking for some help with a pre-move out clean so I used Yelp's "Request a Quote" (or whatever it's called) button for three highly rated cleaning services. One of them wasn't the friendliest when responding, the other responded quickly but then when I sent an email with some more questions I never got a response, but Wonder Maid responded quickly and professionally and we got the cleaning booked easily!On the day of service, Juvia arrived around 20 minutes late, but most of that time was just navigating my apartment complex. (I'd recommend communicating with Sergio prior to the service if you live in apartments - it might help their staff find you! I should've done this.) She was very friendly, professional, and asked questions to make sure I was getting the best service for my needs. I asked that she just focus on specific areas, and she was perfectly fine with that. She did an AMAZING job, and left my home like new! Payment was easy - she showed me the quote on her phone - and she accepted cash or check. I failed to ask important questions like payment methods, so luckily I had both on hand, but I'm not sure if there's a card option. If you don't have cash or check, you might clarify with Wonder Maid just in case to see if they accept card!I would 100% book Wonder Maid again, and I'll be recommending them to anyone and everyone in SA! We just had house cleaning services performed by Wonder Maid and were VERY happy with the service provided. I recently hurt my knees and haven't been able to clean our home the way it needed to be cleaned, so having someone come in and do it has been a blessing. Juvia (sp?), did a wonderful job giving our bathrooms a deep cleaning! Â We have an old sink and Juvia made it look brand new! I reached out to Sergio after I moved in, but the remodel was overdue and he was kind and patience to move my appointment more than once. Finally all was completed and Jasmine came out on an early Saturday morning and got rid of all the construction chaos. She used new sponges and cloths and not dirty stuff from other peoples houses like some cleaning services. Jasmine was very thorough and pointed out things I did not think of to clean. We scheduled a move out clean and had to reschedule for an earlier date, Sergio and his crew were accommodating and took our earlier reservation. We have a dog in our apartment and Wonder Maid made our apartment look and smell brand new. They did the fridge and the oven, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the baseboards and sills. I have never used a cleaning service in San Antonio, so I turned to yelp to read reviews for move-out cleanings. I sent messages to several cleaning service companies, and Sergio replied quickly with a quote that fit my budget. I booked an appointment and communication was great! Sergio told me that my appointment would be sometime after 2pm since there were other cleanings that day. The ladies had finished early and I was told they could come to the apartment by 12:30pm.Since I was expecting something closer to 2pm, I told Sergio, and he was happy to still keep our original time so that I could get to the apartment and unlock the door for the ladies to clean. My husband and I have two pitbulls who can shed a lot, and towards the end of our lease, with work, moving, and packing, cleaning the apartment was on the bottom of our priority list. So with us being so busy and our two shedding dogs, that can kind of paint a picture of how filthy our apartment had become. When we walked into the apartment after Jasmine and her colleague cleaned the apartment, we were so amazed at how incredibly clean it was! They even cleaned our fireplace and inside of the fridge!
