Great Personal Trainer. Very motivating and very flexible around my work schedule. Cathy provides a meal programme that is really tasty, but the main benefit is learning to improve portion control and to snack to prevent hunger.

I’ve been working with Cathy Soraghan for 10 days .. getting delicious meals cooked for me and after 6 training sessions I’ve 7 lb & more important 8% body fat And I’m not hungry or craving sugar !!!!!!! Mary Coughlan
