I recently became a member and attend E Network events hosted by Lynn Rybak. The midday sessions are perfect for anyone in any business, truly. Whatever it is you do for a living, I recommend membership. If you are looking to just simply get yourself more out there and established, or if you already are established and just need continuing education, Canisius Women's Business Network is the place to join. I am an estimator/project manager in the local construction industry, and I also do a lot of design/build and my own side subcontracting. One would think I didn't need to focus on networking at this point as work just comes at least 3/4 of the year, but I do. Networking is everything. EVERYTHING. And I also need the continuing education...to keep up with technology, marketing trends, what's happening and I also need to give feedback to those who want to know my path to revenue. I have learned so much in just a few sessions and I hope to always have a guest. I am educated in architecture and engineering, not business. But everything is business...no matter what you do. Therefore, you can't afford not to go here. The diversity of the members is like a local "Angie's List" and oh so beneficial. More...

So much to be gained with these sessions, education, networking, while being surrounded by people that are open to learning and sharing ideas.
