About

After a highly competitive sporting background ended early due to two ACL reconstructions(knee operations), I knew I had to stay in the field of health and fitness. That was over 15 years ago, during this time I have helped thousands of people achieve, motivate, successfully plan from sharing my expertise and knowledge in an ever changing health and fitness industry.
