Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
1 Agree what you want from the space and why?
2 Talk through with the builder and ascertain if you need permissions, Planning, Party wall, Building Control
3 Agree a price inc all extras, plumbing, electrics, powerpoints.
Once agreed the fun bit starts
1 Ensure your garage is clear and ready
2 The stud work should be put in place - Roof - Walls Floors (As required)
2a Brickwork, Doors, Windows (As required)
3 Insulation and 1st fix
4 Boarding out
5 2nd Fix
6 Skimming and make good
