Really nice, professional chap to do business with and actually means it when he says no call-out charge. Came over when we had a mystery leak in our loft, which I thought was coming from the boiler and and spent a good 40 minutes crawling around checking everything. “I hate a mystery” he says. In the end, we decided it was *probably* snow melting from the roof and nothing to do with the boiler at all. He offered to come back if it happened again, suggested a couple of things to help diagnosis and found a few other things which could be problematic with the plumbing. But there was no pressure. In the end, he reluctantly accepted some petrol money, which was worth it for the peace of mind of someone checking out the boiler. Recommended. Gas Safe registered. More...
