Love this event venue! Came here to attend a Whole Foods event and was floored by how well this space accommodated all the vendors! There was a lot of space to walk around and seats in almost every room for you to take your samples of food and be able to sit and enjoy! Parking is a little bit tricky as we were only able to find street parking but aside from that, there is a large sign outside that says "within sodo"! Cozy, warm lit environment with some posh accents! Would totally love to attend another event here. More...

My husband and I were married there in August, 2019. The venue was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. We rented the rooftop deck, and the two lower banquet rooms. The rooftop area is gorgeous as is, with very little needed decoration. The reserving process with Kate was super clear, and helpful. Working with her about options, bar, coordination, etc. was seamless.  Kate worked with us on bar services, our budget, what furniture that they had vs what we would not need, etc. The only area for feedback would be the day of. The day of coordinator was a person who I never met before (nor even saw the day of), and was a little challenging to communicate with. My florist was on-site throughout the day to set-up, and shared that there were a few vendors there not for our wedding, and were doing a walk-through. I never really found out what that was about, or if someone was at the wrong space, but when I talked to the coordinator, he didn't have any kind of explanation or didn't seem like he knew anything about it. It was a little frustrating that my friend was the one who spoke with the other people, and inform me. Would have been helpful if he had been a more clear communicator. I did not have a day of coordinator, so you likely would avoid any potential miscommunication if you have your own person.Overall, lovely space, lovely people and exactly what we wanted! Thank you! We held our wedding reception here and it was lovely. There were some minor communication snafus the day of, but nothing major that really impacted our day. The venue itself has a lot of mixed materials that make it a really charming, interesting space. Lots of exposed brick and wood and lighting that give all of the rooms a comfortable glow, which can be tricky in a space that large. Because the venue is so visually interesting already, we hardly added decorations--we had ivory table cloths and wildflowers on all of the tables. We had a few other decorations here and there, but otherwise we didn't add anything. It was beautiful! We had about 200 people at our reception, and decided to just rent out the entire venue relatively last minute. Initially we were just going to use 3 of the spaces, but because the venue layout is somewhat choppy we decided to just rent the whole thing to make planning easier. It was worth the money. Our guests loved the space, and so did we! While we won't be having another wedding, we will definitely consider WithinSodo if we ever need a large event space again. More...

March 2019, my nonprofit youth rugby club held their annual fundraiser at WithinSODO. The venue is beautiful and the staff was amazing. This was the perfect rustic venue for our event and the price was very reasonable. Kate and Adam are amazing people to work with and made planning the event and the night of our auction a really enjoyable experience. There was plenty of parking for our 85 guests and the location is really accessible from the freeway. More...

We recently got married at Within Sodo. The space is so unique and mixes modern with classic romantic building material. Our wedding was in August and despite there not being central air conditioning in the building it was not as issue AT ALL. I wouldn't worry about that. We had 75 guests attend and it was the most perfect size. We so enjoyed having the flexibility of all the different rooms which separated the space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Adam and Brian were both very fun to work with and helped us tailor our beverage package to fit our needs exactly. Highly recommend using them for bar-tending needs if getting married here.  The only reason I am giving the review 4 stars was there was some concern of the cleanliness of the space, very very minor. As well as the address also dropped off guests in the rear of the building but this wasn't that big of a deal if you have someone to redirect them where they need to be. Once that was addressed everything turned out beautiful. Definitely check out the space! More...

2 July 2018

It's been 8 months since I've gotten married at this venue and a long overdue reviewing is needed. Overall experience here was pretty good, there were some hiccups in communication with the site but in the end it all worked out. The venue itself does not need much when it comes to decorating, the open space, the modern industrial look has its appeal, this building itself is beautiful. I had some floral and greenery here and there but no need to spend so much on the extras. We used every space minus the rooftop, but no need when you're having a November wedding. The newest edition, The Lobby was my favorite room (I had guests arrive  from the 1st Ave side and they were greeted with champagne as they walked in). Then the Mirror Room, where I had my cake and desserts set up. If you plan on having a wedding with 100 guests or less, I would definitely check this place out. But once you go over that point it gets a little crowded, I had about 120 guests and that was definitely pushing it with my setup. Only reason why I am giving it a 4 star rating is because the miscommunication here and there was stressful and the last minute change up on my onsite venue coordinator was unneeded stress on the day of rehearsal. But the overall space is wonderful. More...

Went here recently for a beer fest event and wow, I can see why this place can hold an event for weddings (upon reading other reviews). This place is very spacious and each room/area has so much space that no one should really feel like they're in a small location. (Obviously if it's holding a beer fest event that had plenty of room to even place adult games lol)Upstairs has 2 little room area for private minglers so I thought that was pretty cool. We also got to go up to the top floor towards the rooftop but because the sliding door was locked, I was still able to take a peek outside. I seen the large fireplace area, lights hanging lots and lots of space that I was totally imaging a wedding party happening at the moment.Pretty cool place even though parking sucks but it is sodo lol. We ended up parking right on 1st Ave and cutting through a parking lot to get to the venue. More...

Attended a wedding at this location that was lovely, but not the best layout for such large party.  There are a lot of walls separating the venue into 4 differently shaped rooms.  The bride and groom sat in a smaller room with the cake between 2 bigger rooms, which separated the guests while we ate.  If the weather had been nice, then the roof top would have been a perfect area for guests to drink and have cocktail hour because of the beautiful views of downtown Seattle.  Unfortunately, the day we were there it was raining and windy.  If you plan correctly, then this could be a very functional venue.  I only give 4 starts because there is no parking. The key benefit of this venue is flexibility. When we started our wedding planning process, one of our hard requirements was a venue that would allow any catering; not in-house, not a preferred list, but anything we wanted. It's harder to find than you might think! Within Sodo fit this criteria so we quickly set up a tour, and instantly loved it (and booked it! Like many venues, they book up FAST. We were lucky the date we wanted was one of the last available). It fit the vibe of a laid-back party wedding we wanted. It's really easy to make the space yours - dress it up, make it funky - it really lends itself to be molded. We worked with Brian through the booking process and then worked with Amy there on out through the day of. Amy was great to work with. We ended up going with food trucks for food, and Amy was helpful with communication between the food truck lead and our wedding coordinator to make sure everything was organized. One of our trucks was a bar truck, and Within Sodo had no problem with letting the bar truck park inside the venue (talk about a crowd pleaser!). They are also much more open to decorating how you want, as compared to some other venues that have super strict rules. The only thing that I thought was a little bit odd, is that while you can pick any combination of spaces a Within Sodo you want, amenities are attached to the rental of certain spaces. For example, if you want the rooftop deck, you have the rent the space the has the stairs. If want want to use the kitchen, you have to rent the space that includes the kitchen, if you want the green rooms... etc etc. So you're kind of tied to renting certain spaces no matter what. However, it was great that while we initially rented the rooftop deck, the day of the wedding ended up being bad weather, and Amy easily let us swap the deck for the gallery room in the back. If you want the freedom to make your day your own, and not dictated by your venue, I highly recommend Within Sodo! More...

We are so happy to have had our wedding at Within Sodo. The space is absolutely beautiful, urban chic. We were able to rent individual rooms rather than have to pay for areas that we weren't actually going to use which I feel is pretty unique to this venue. You are able to save a little bit of money if you don't need all of the rooms. They let us bring our own food and alcohol as well (not sure if they now offer bar services) which was key to selecting a venue. The parking situation is fine. None of our guests seemed to have an issue finding parking as there is lots of street parking, just be careful if your event falls on a game day.W/S loses a star though because of some issues I ran into when planning the space. I had approximately 3 freak outs during wedding planning and 2 were about Within Sodo. I was given permission by the owner to hang some decor from the pipes in The Gallery and about a month before the wedding after I had bought the decor I was told I couldn't hang from the pipes but could hang them from the wood beams. It doesn't sound like a big deal except I had a really hard time finding a friend that was brave enough to get 4 feet higher up on a ladder to hang the decor. It ended up being fine, just know if you'd like to hang something it has to be from the beams. Before booking the venue we were told that 120 guests can fit in The Ballroom if you did 4 rows of banquet tables. Turns out about 115 can fit in 3 rows of banquet tables. (I ended up ordering extra tables that I didn't need). Luckily for us those last 5 guests RSVPed "No" to our invitation otherwise we wouldn't have to split up guests at dinner which was absolutely not an option for us. Before you plan on a certain number of people seated for dinner, make sure you see picture evidence that it can actually happen! I had a hard time getting confirmation of what would work in this space and it was really stressful. If you want to rent this space, you have to supply your own tables and chairs which makes for a little extra work for the hosts/bride/groom but it was worth it to get married here for sure!In any case, I definitely recommend this venue! We have no regrets whatsoever :) More...

The location is unique and the view from the rooftop deck is spectacular and makes for a perfect backdrop for photos.  We had our wedding there this past weekend, and we had plenty of space.  I didn't have to decorate much because the style of the venue was what I wanted without any extra frills.  Think modern rustic warehouse with an upscale industrial barn fusion style inside. The price fit our budget, even after adding time to their usual 10 hour block.  The large double doors facilitated food truck service in a way none of the other venues we looked at could.  My only criticism would be the sound setup.  I have several professional musician friends and sound engineers in my family.  I asked ahead of time about the set-up and was mistakenly informed that we didn't need to bring anything but a mic and cord.  (We easily could have brought a whole set-up.)  So, the music and voices were limited.  Bring a sound guy to a venue tour prior to your event!!!!  Otherwise smooth, and gorgeous event! I love this space!  I attended an event here and fell in love. Upon arriving on the backside of the building, it doesn't look like much.  Actually, it looks like industrial buildings on a gravel road.  The minute I walked in, I was transported to a different world.  There are a number of separate spaces that can be sectioned off by sliding doors.  In one of the larger rooms, there's a rather large fish tank that's fun to watch.  Another space has  a number of cool mirrors that was being used for a photo booth that night. The lighting that night was rather low, which I assume is what the hosts wanted.  I would have loved to have it a bit brighter so I could take in the space fully. A short flight of stairs takes you up to the roof.  There was a fire burning and a few places to sit.  A bar was set up and a friend and I sat on the roof talking, looking out at the night sky.  I only wish the building were taller so we could see more.  If I were getting married, this would definitely be close to the top of my list. Just to start off, I'm not sure if I should review the venue or the event?  Looking at this super cool, kitschy warehouse venue, I love the fact that it's in a "district" that is very unassuming!  Finding the entrance itself is just part of this experience, if you've never been here before.  Once you walk in past the warehouse doors, the venue is only as great as your imagination!  The sectioned areas are great for "station" type activities.  The bonus is the upstairs rooftop area where you have amazing views of downtown Seattle on a clear day, let alone a night, as we were fortunate enough to enjoy!  I'm not sure how many were at my sold out Whisky Jewbilee, but although it seemed like a lot of people, we were still able to move freely and experience the whiskeys that were 'must taste' and then some. After a few hours imbibing, having the last hour on the rooftop was a dream respite!  There was plenty of seating and again, the closing venue views were the perfect ending to a great evening!If/when I need a large venue like this, I will definitely have WithinSodo in mind.  And, of course, I will tell all my Seattle Peeps to check this out if they ever have an opportunity to attend an event here!*cheers More...

We held our wedding reception here and couldn't have been happier.  The venue alone is full of character and is such an unexpected spot of beauty in an unassuming space in Sodo.  From our first site visit, we were drawn in by the opportunity to secure a space that we then had free reign to customize, and even with relatively minimal cost we ended up with a totally personalized and magical feel for our reception. We rented two of the three downstairs rooms and the rooftop deck, and we were fortunate to have a gorgeous evening that allowed for cocktails overlooking the city as well as a space for our guests who didn't want to dance later in the evening could hang out and chat.  The 12-hour rental window allowed plenty of time for our caterer and other vendors to set up in advance and to tear down at the end of the evening (our reception was approximately 5:30-11pm).  While it did take a bit of extra coordination on our side to rent everything (including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, additional lighting, etc.), I have to say that having the ability to use any vendor we wanted as well as to provide our own alcohol more than made up the extra logistics.Brian was fantastic to work with - a very calm but professional guy who was responsive to emails and also responded to our requests for a couple of onsite visits with our band and caterer.  This truly is a gem of a location and you really can't miss - just hope for good weather to enjoy the rooftop if at all possible! We rented the entire venue for 12 hours. Brian was usually on site for any questions or last-minute measurements. He also was very good with email correspondence. He was there the day of the event to help things run smoothly, which was much appreciated. The venue itself is a stunningly remodeled warehouse in the SODO area of Seattle. It's got lovely raw exposed woods paired with rustic steel beams and modern flares. The rooftop deck has a lovely view of the city. It was really nice not having a noise ordinance to worry about as we celebrated into the early hours. Because this is just a venue, it allows one to design their event/wedding to their pleasing without having to settle. We wanted street food trucks, and it's amazing how many venues will only allow you to use their in-house services. More...

Not only did my husband and I meet at Within Sodo at a mutual friends wedding, we also decided to get married at Within Sodo!  If you love the industrial look with the exposed brick, concrete flooring and not to mention the AMAZING view of the city, this venue will exceed your expectations.  The manager, Brian, was super cool and relaxed to work with, which I totally appreciated with the chaos of everything else.  He was very responsive to our emails and made the planning process very easy.  We loved the fact that you can bring in your own alcohol and catering company as well.  You do not find that with many venues around Seattle.  We highly recommend Within Sodo! This place is great. We have had company Holiday parties here two years in a row and we love it. Both times, we had a casino theme with fake table games etc. The ambience here is beautiful and I love that you can make it whatever you want! It's an open space with a rustic feel. I think this place would be great for small weddings. More...

I got married at Within Sodo on 9/13/2014 and it was fantastic. We had great weather and were able to use the rooftop deck for cocktail hour, which I highly recommend. We had 100 guests and rented only the rooftop, lounge, and ballroom, which was exactly enough space to feel intimate but not cramped. We used the ballroom for dinner and had three long banquet tables which fit everyone perfectly. I highly recommend banquet tables to anyone dining in the ballroom because it fits so well and also feels more comfortable and laid back than rounds sometimes feel, also everyone can chat easily and pass food around. We had Skillet as our caterer and did family style dinner which also worked great with the long tables. Overall Within Sodo made our wedding special. It's so unique and eclectic, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Brian is easy to work with and super responsive. I highly recommend booking Within Sodo to anyone wanting a fun urban wedding. I went here for a wedding. I didn't actually know what to expect by the location to be honest. I drove by a few times and when I found the spot I was PLEASANTLY surprised about how amazing the location is. Mind you, ever since that day this place has been #1 for me when I think of venues for something medium sized. That upstairs deck though. It's amazing. More...

My husband and I got married here recently.  The venue was fantastic.  Numerous guests complimented the space. It is a unique urban environment w/ a sick rooftop deck!  It absolutely set the tone for our "cool but low key" wedding. There are few venues like it and the price is not outrageous.Brian is easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns.  One note- if you decide to get married on the hottest day of the year, bring fans.  Like most places in Seattle, no A/C.  Otherwise, no complaints!  We would recommend it highly! My husband and I were married at Within Sodo in June. If you are looking for a space that you can truly personalize - this is it. If you are looking for a space with the 'wow' factor - this is is. The exposed brick walls, concrete floors, unique spaces and rooftop deck are all amazing! We were able to arrange a number of different vendors to create a very personalized wedding day. For example, our wedding was catered by a food truck that parked outside the huge garage doors and cocktail hour was held on the gorgeous rooftop deck (we set up cornhole, giant jenga and beer pong for guests to play). Brian was a pleasure to work with and he was always quick to answer questions via email. I would highly recommend hiring a day of coordinator for your wedding. The venue requires someone to set up and tear down everything the day of.  This is not something you would want to be doing on your wedding day! I used Sarah at Sweet Pea Events and she was amazing. Huge thank you to Within Sodo! You guys are awesome! More...

My husband and I got married here and we are so happy that we were able to book this venue.  Brian was easy to work with and always provided quick responses (he very nicely handled the million questions we asked, I'm sure we were annoying!).  The place was perfect for what we wanted.  Our ceremony started at 6pm and the Mariner's first pitch that night was at 6:10pm... fortunately, parking wasn't an issue.  I know that a few people got caught in traffic (we gave everyone we could a heads up that there was a game though!).  We loved and really appreciated that we could have any caterer that we'd like (we used The Box - food truck... highly recommend them!).  Many of the venues we looked at had preferred vendors and the catering costs wound up way out of our price range. One initial downside was that we had to coordinate the rentals... tables and chairs.  Other venues we were considering already had them available - but we liked Within the most.  Everything had to be out by the end of the night and most rental places charge a mighty extra for late night pick ups.  Fortunately, we found Stellar Event Rentals who was super reasonable and great to work with.  So that downside didn't end up being too bad... just one more thing we to had to coordinate.I wish the venue would have been more flexible in letting us get set up in the morning without charging extra.  I understand that they would have to have someone there and pay for that person's time - so I get it, I don't blame them.  Other venues we looked at were more flexible about it, it just would have been really nice.  Everything worked out great so it was not a big deal.Beautiful venue!!  We especially loved the bricks, the wood, and the lights.  Such a fun place :) thanks, again, Within Sodo and Brian! Ugh.I very nearly had WithinSodo as my wedding venue. As I type this I get little pangs of remorse -- because if money was no issue I so would have had my wedding here and I'm sure it would have been fantastic.Let me just say -- this place is GORGEOUS. Yes, I guess you could call it a sort of revamped industrial space, but it comes off as way more polished than that. Gorgeous woods, exposed brick, fun "green rooms", a giant kitchen, not to mention the upstairs HEATED and partially covered patio with a view of downtown. Everything about this place -- from the fish tank to the mirrors to the lighting has been set with ultimate care and a level of aesthetics that make this place a beyond belief beautiful and functional venue. You can rent out one room, or all of them depending on your needs.  Brian -- the venue manager is an absolute breeze to work with. Quick with responses, ideas, what have you. The only downside was really the price, which -- for those of you looking to host an event on a budget isn't really all that bad. Rooms from $750-900 (which of course, add up the more rooms you choose). They also do not have on site tables, chairs, what have you which was an additional price tag which swayed our choice elsewhere. That said, Brian has a list of vendors from catering to decor that can help make your event exactly what you want. (Extra bonus -- open catering and alcohol here, so you can get what you want!)So lovely! Would have been so nice! But this girl is on a tighter budget so i'll look wistfully on to WithinSodo and recommend them to anyone who may ask. More...

What a SPECTACULAR wedding venue!!! I helped my friends find this place, and they were not disappointed! Brian was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and flexible. From the day we first went to look at the venue he was nothing but upfront, honest, and helpful. He communicated clearly exactly what was included for what price and what we needed to do. He even recommended a cheaper rental company that helped the bride and groom save money! He was there when we arrived and there to help close us up too. He didn't make us scrub floors or anything at the end like other venues I've been to.Now let me break down this venue, wedding style.1. There is lots of parking around, but if your event is on a game day- beware!2. There is a front door AND a giant garage door if you want people to be able to spill out into the street. This is nice for summer events.3. There are three large rooms on the first floor. We used one for the dining area (curtains can close so people aren't milling around the tables or watching the caterers set up the buffet during cocktail hour). The second room we used as a dual cocktail mingling area and dance floor. The third room was the actual room for the ceremony! Beautiful. The third room cost $500 extra and was WELL worth it. Perfect for a ceremony.4. There were 2 or 3 bathrooms with stalls, a good amount for the size of wedding we had (about 100 people). The space could hold WAY more than that though!.5. there are also two small side rooms up some stairs for the bridal party. These rooms are a tad small if you have big bridal parties though, so you might want to have the ladies get ready somewhere else if you can.6. The kitchen was CRAZY COOL!!! Ovens, stove, freezer, fridge, everything you would need for cooking in a restaurant!7. There are two bars here, one upstairs on the deck and one downstairs. We used the deck one as a self-serve soda bar.8. The deck. Oh the deck. Heaters, fire place, amazing view. You will get some phenomenal pictures on this deck!!9. Nearby awesome wedding photo opportunities abound. We went to the old Rainier Brewery and the photos came out great.10. They have a sound system that works upstairs and downstairs- allowing you to make announcements like "toasts are about to happen", etc.I highly recommend this event space. Peak season it was around $2500 or so. Good luck! More...

This venue is fantastic. The rooms are split to have different pieces going on at a party during the night, and the area is big enough to have a large crowd. The pull to the location is the rooftop patio. With couches and chairs, it was a perfect place to sit back and relax while having a drink. Don't know what their pricing is, but I'd be happy to go back to a party there. More...

We really did not want to choose a typical wedding venue for our nuptials. A place with "package deals" or "preferred vendors" just doesn't fit our style. We wanted a place that would allow us to fully customize our experience and simply act as a great blank canvas. We couldn't have found a better match than Within Sodo. This place has great bones. From the brick walls to the concrete floors... up to the spectacular deck that boasts views of downtown... it makes my eyeballs happy. We were able to attend an event here hosted by Bamboo Beats and really enjoyed being able to see it set up prior to our August wedding. There was plenty of space indoors and out for everyone to party, drink, dance and ogle the space.Brian has been awesome to work with both via email and in person. Love the space all around! The flexibility, amenities, aesthetics and cleanliness are awesome. The people I dealt with during my event were super helpful and reasonable. It really is a cool place to have an event. The wow factor comes in play because it is a diamond in the rough with a nondescript exterior. You will get street cred for even knowing it exists and with all the different layouts I feel like there is something for everyone. I didn't have any issues with the space or my event. I've been to an event here and also hosted one. I would definitely book again and I will soon. More...

This is a great event space.  Don't be fooled by the non-descript exterior.........once inside, it's awesome.  We had our daughter's wedding and reception there last weekend, with about 110 people there, and it was perfect - it had that rustic, lofty feel to it that they loved.  The rooftop deck was great for the cocktail hour, with a good portion of it under cover for our often drizzly Seattle weather.  The main rooms were wonderful for the ceremony, then for dinner & dancing later.  They have a great sound system, which our DJ thought was great, as well as a great professional kitchen, which was wonderful for our caterer.  They've recently done some remodeling, adding a bathroom on the upstairs roof deck, as well as enlarging one of the downstairs bathrooms, and adding a wonderful new room, The Gallery, which was finished about 2 weeks before our daughter's wedding.  In hindsight, our only regret is that we didn't take them up on their offer of use of The Gallery for about 1/2 the normal price, since we already had booked the space.  That room would have been perfect for either the ceremony space, or the dinner space - it's a beautiful room with exposed brick, huge high ceilings, rustic wood beam floors.  I'd definitely use that room if we had to do it all over again!Brian, the space manager, was wonderful to work with, very flexible and professional.  Some of the artwork on the walls didn't necessarily scream wedding, and he had no problem with removing any of it for the wedding. All in all, a wonderful event space, particularly for those who like either a rustic or an industrial feel to the space.  We highly recommend it! What an awesome event space! I've been here twice in the past week for different events and loved how the space can transform for whatever party you're looking to host. Tucked away in SODO it's not the easiest spot to find but once you're here, there's no going anywhere else. With a full kitchen, bathrooms, green rooms, two separate bars, a massive fish tank, a sound system, and a massive outdoor patio, this space has it all. Ideal for weddings, corporate events or just large parties, Within Sodo is a great new(ish) addition to Seattle. Everything in clean, the space is industrial without being unfriendly or cold and just big enough to host a few hundred people comfortably. I can't wait to come here for future events! More...

I love the style of this venue especially the roof top deck.  I've never see a place like this in Seattle and the two ballrooms can really be transformed into anything you can imagine.  One of the best features which makes Within Sodo great for hosting meetings is the projector and screen.  I don't know the exact size but the screen is large enough to be seen from anywhere in the ballroom whether you are watching a video or reading a document.  When the meeting breaks you have another large room for lunch and then when happy hour calls you can move up to the roof top deck.  The experience is unlike anywhere else in Seattle! LOVE this place!  My husband and I just had a 60th birthday party  here. We booked the two main floor rooms, setting up one room with cocktail tables, catered food, bar, band and dance floor. The other room was arranged with furniture for people to  have a little more relaxed space for visiting.  The caterers loved the kitchen space.  The band was happy with their arrangement, and the guests couldn't quit talking about what a cool venue it was.  I call it edgy industrial with great wood, art, and lighting.  Add some candles and minor decorations and you have a unique, clean and comfortable space.  Brian, the manager, was very accommodating in terms of meeting with us, showing the space to the caterer and band, being flexible with our last minute addition of the second room.  I'm ready to start planning another party here! This venue is AH-MAZING! We were originally planning to book this place for our triple birthday celebration, however both dates we were looking at were booked (people trying to avail of the grand opening deal). It's huge, you can accommodate up to 300 guests using the entire venue which includes a deck with it's own fireplace! The place has been rebuilt to satisfy modern tastes, and yet still manages to keep its old world charm (think brick walls). It has a catering kitchen and has full audio and visual capabilities. It's in SODO, right across Republiq/Havana and is accessed through the alley, so there's tons of free parking. This place is in the same building as The Loft- another event space under the same management. If you are trying to book this place, call Brian- he's really laid back and willing to cater to most requests. More...
