I've been working with Laurence for about 3 months now. Felt a bit skeptical at first, seemed like a lot of money and wasn't sure what value he would add. How wrong could I be! I've been working in the same industry for 15 years and I think I'd started doing things in a way that they have always been done, without thinking. We started to work with Laurence in March 2016. We have been in business for 9 years and like most small businesses we have had lots of ups and downs. We were very busy but not very profitable, cash flow was always an issue, along with high turnover of staff. Laurence has been an asset to our business from day one. We have had a massive change in attitude and even though we are not as busy as before we are making profit with every sale. Initially when I was approached by Laurence and his team I thought it sounded too good to be true but I was intrigued by the proposition. I researched business coaching a bit more as I did not even know it existed. Since working with Laurence, our business coach, I have learned many new skills that have passed us by in the running of a panic driven business.
When Laurence first contacted me I was interested in how he could make my life less stressful and after only a few sessions it is definitely working.
