We absolutely love the end result of having chosen Wisecraft to help design and build our kitchen/dining room.We had 5 companies quote for our project and immediately after Carl left I knew our chosen builders would be Wisecraft. Carl was professional and knowledgeable something which we needed being new to the building trade and taking on such a big project for ourselves.Carl took over from the start (in a very good way) and talked us through the whole process, even coming to see us later in the evening due to my husband's shifts.Once the build started our home was flooded with the most amazingly polite and funny yet skilled and professional tradesmen I could have wished for! They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves each evening. If you get Brad on your project, he'll keep you entertained whilst still working his socks off and as for Michael's kitchen fitting skills they are outstanding!!! Luke the electrician - what an amazing job finding that electrical junction!!! and gutted I can't remember our plasters name but what a perfectionist!! We went with Carl's recommended karndean floor fitter and decorator and again neither disappointed us with their finishes.Carl came on site as soon as he possibly could when we needed him as no build will go without some unexpected surprises and Kelly was always on the other end of the phone or text and invoiced us according to our agreement. Carl also came and did his own scheduled site visits throughout the build and made sure the project kept to the schedule of works.Just under 5 weeks later our build is complete and it has transformed our home. The finish is stunning!! It's very difficult living in your home with children whilst so much building is going on however, all the men from Wisecraft tried to make it as painless as possible and we appreciated that so much!All that is left for me to say is "thank you guys." Each one of you should be very proud of yourselves. You are a talented team of men who thank you doesn't seem enough .... but if you provide them a box of Bud on one of the hottest days of the year once they have worked their fingers to the bone and they have lifted a monster of a steel into your ceiling then you can tell they knew how grateful we were to them percent recommend Wisecraft. For a service that runs from planning, project management to the perfect result, there is no other 'complete' builders I can think of. Perfection of work and trade standards across the board are why I would recommend Karl. Any questions, clarification or timings, Kelly advised and informed of all we needed to know.

Knowing Carl and Kelly as people not just business people they were the first and obvious choice when we wanted our garage converted . Carl and his team made us a fantastic child free space and turned our garage into a very usable room. ‘The best thing my husband has ever done was to find Carl, Kelly and the Wisecraft team and I am so glad he did. The Wisecraft team have totally transformed our home and in turn our life. Basically we had our whole house gutted top to bottom, from damp proof course, new floors, right through to re-plastering every single room in the house and on top of that a new kitchen / diner extension. The Wisecraft team were brilliant, Carl explained everything to us in plain English, the reasons behind the options he gave us and what he thought would be our best option if we were struggling to decide, as there were lots of decisions to be made, a lot more that we would have expected. He guided us effortlessly through the whole build. They always went the extra mile because you could see that they cared about what they were doing and took pride in their work. Carl constantly kept in touch, either by email or phone. If we rang him and left a message he would always return the call. I am so impressed with the Company as a whole, the workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail has been spot on.
