Upon going to the location, the man that waited on me (he introduced himself but my baby boy was unhappy and I was distracted) was the personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He has rescued a computer from a virus without losing data, he put new disk in 2 of our computers (and again lost no data) and now the computers are lightening fast, and I just purchased a refurbished iPad from him for less than half of what a new one would cost.
