I would give Windsor Education and some of the staff including Abdul Wahid 0 if i could. I joined Windsor Education in 2017 when it was advertised by Windsor Education that people enrolling on the health and social care Level 3 course who are on certain benefits including jobseekers allowance could have the option to get their travel expenses reimbursed or get a free laptop at the end of the course. I was on job seekers allowance and chose the free laptop option. After my college year ended i did not receive the laptop and after trying to contact head of marketing Abdul Wahid who advertised this, he told me to speak to various other staff members who all told me to wait longer for the laptop. In the end one of the staff members told me i could not receive the laptop as the college went into liquidation. After i told the staff members this went against what i was promised by the colleges advertising, staff members told me to speak to Abdul Wahid because he was the head of advertising. Abdul Wahid made some excuse and In the end Abdul Wahid would not answer his phone and could not be contacted after i phoned and emailed the college. Sadly and unfairly Abdul Wahid still works at Windsor Education and no action has been taken against him even after i complained to the college about the college and Abdul Wahid not giving me what he advertised on the college posters and website advertisement. From my experience its a good , i came here for learning and that what i get from ms.Humera specially ,I didn’t take other classes with other teacher but i think all of them is just like humera , overall winsor is a good choice

The tutor at Winsor Education is very helpful and supportive! With their great patience and guidance, I passed my B1 test just after 3 sessions of training!
