Wine Pro Tours

After reading reviews and hoping that this was a legitimate service, I booked a tour via Bruce's website. 2 days before, Bruce emailed to notify me that he was going to cancel the tour as I was the only reservation. He promised a full refund or credits towards a future reservation.

I contacted him once to confirm the cancellation, twice to ping him about my refund, and a third time for the refund again. 24 days later, Bruce replied to stating that he would refund all but $25 as this was a "handling fee to cover my charges by the credit card company".

Bruce. If you do not provide a service, you should refund your customer in full. Additionally, if Square is charging you $25 to handle a transaction, you should perhaps rethink your business with them.

We had our wedding celebration on Saturday and took a bus from D.C. with about 20 of our friends and family out to the wineries. Wine Pro Tours was amazing and took care of everything for us.
