I loved knowing about the way our food was prepared! It tasted absolutely amazing! Tried the duck appetizer and i had the twist on a chicken Marsala and it was divine. The wine samples to pair my server got right on the head my first time tasting, and as my boyfriend’s first wine experience he also found a wine he enjoyed!! I am almost afraid to write this review, as I selfishly don’t want the secret to be out about this place. I feel like Wine Maniacs has sort of flown under the radar for some reason, and easily surpasses many popular downtown MKE establishments IMO. Have been here twice now with great experiences each time (and I am quite picky about dining out, ask my husband). The staff are engaging and informative, and do everything to make your time there enjoyable. Jamie has been our server/wine connoisseur both times, and she is amazing! She clearly enjoys her job and she is great at what she does. The food is also excellent. You can call ahead (a week or so) to request a five course food/wine pairing. I am very surprised it hasn’t been more busy each time we have been here. Maybe it’s too far of a hike out to the ‘burbs for some? Overall, I cannot say a bad thing about this place. An absolute delight!

Wine Maniacs in Oconomowoc is a lovely atmosphere to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine. The staff is honest and suggests perfecting pairings for your dinner and drinks.

Little Debbie is so fun and will chat with you about all the inspirations that go into their season changing menus!

Jamie is a terrific waitress who will make your evening both relaxing and delicious!

Service is outstanding! I thought I wanted a specific wine, and the server brought me what I asked for and then a glass to challenge my palette. The server was right on about the wine!
My husband and I split a salad and the burger special. The burger was amazing!!!! Sirloin with such flavor!
We finished off with the the bread pudding. I didn’t think I had any room left, but after the first bite, I could stop eating it!

Amazing experience! Our server, Jamie, was phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable about the wine and took the time to explain the menu to us. Not only did she allow us to sample a variety a wines she also allowed me to sample the soups of the day. It’s a great place with excellent wines and food. We ended up at Wine Maniacs based on not planning ahead and it was the best result! Jamie was amazing, knowledgeable, and funny. The wine sampling lead into great pairings with both our appetizer and our entrees. The steak was on my top 3 EVER.

A lot of fun and generous sampling of unique selections of wine. The staff is very knowledgeable about the wines they serve. The dinner we had was very interesting and delicious. They take great pride in creating unique menu options and pair them with great wine.
The owner has great stories of the wines he has collected and life experiences such as picking grapes for ice wine in Germany.

Tuesday night new place to try we did . We find helpful staff with great personalities. Asked what our wine likes are and brought out a tasting to allow us to pick what we like.
Great selection of food in the menu had a few small plates and each were made fresh and served with care.
