Very happy with the service, Bruce was really nice and helpful through the process of selecting and quoting. The fireplace is beautiful and I'm really happy with the final result. On the day of installation the fitter kept me informed every step of the way. There was an item missing from a supplier but it was no problem, they had sorted it all out and had it couriered over so nothing was delayed and everything ran according to schedule. Great service! The company from start to finish couldn't have done any more from time Nez and Mark surveyed the property giving us all the advise we required from design to materials to be used the installers were fantastic took shoes off before they started and covered all the floors and furniture made no mess whatsoever completely cleared site when finished as though they had never been other than we were left with a beautiful new fireplace and stoveMark and BrendaLightwater

Sometime ago back in January I inquired about having a stove installed in my lounge with a false chimney breast built. I spoke to a very informative gentleman called Nez Hassanian. I even came into the store and had a pleasant conversation about my options. Today I found out he is no longer with WFaI. Such a shame. the point of my review is where ever I went after speaking to Nez I was not greeted or treated with the same respect.
