My fiancé and I booked our wedding for September 19, 2014. We loved everything about this venue! Tara and Kaitlin were amazing and made us feel right at home. The ballroom is beautiful, cocktail hour will be fantastic and we will be having the ceremony there as well. Denise and I made it back to Houston last night after spending some time with friends in Pt. Pleasant. It’s been long enough for our heads to clear as the over-indulgence has worn off.



So in the clear light of this morning … I just wanted to say thanks again to you - for all you did to make Jenna’s wedding such a raging success.



All of the post-wedding comments that we received from friends and relatives about the wedding reception have been very complimentary. The preparation of the rooms for the ceremony, the ballroom, the breakfast room; the coordinated movements of our guests; the food, The Food, and THE FOOD, and the bar service; and the very visible attentiveness of the staff, made it all very special and a to-be-remembered event for our guests.



I doubt that all Holiday Inns are equal in regards to banquet events, and I further doubt that not many are in the class of service provided at the East Windsor.



On my own projects, our success comes from the folks we hire and their capabilities to make complex projects “happen” – all the while making it look somewhat effortless, but working behind the scenes to make hundreds of details fall into place. I think that you, and all of the resources of the facility really worked well together.



You and the staff at the East Windsor exceeded my expectations for Jenna’s wedding.



Denise and I think that East Windsor created an attractively priced and very high-value package for Jenna’s wedding celebration.

We plan to post our compliments about the event on your website.



Beyond that, if in the future you have a prospective client that needs some “pushing over the edge” we would be happy to be a reference and would happily take phone calls or emails – should they wish to hear about our experience.

The staff at The Windsor Ballroom was absolutely fabulous to work with. They were very attentive and very easy to work with! From the beginning stages of planning until the day of our son's Bar Mitzvah, Samantha, Rebecca and Ty were amazing!!! The food was delicious, especially the fried ravioli. I highly recommend the cocktail stations as a party option. Our guests LOVED it!!!!

Our family booked the The Windsor Ballroom for our daughter"s Sweet 16 celebration last week , who after touring about a dozen venues felt in love with this place and after leaving the facility said , (quoting) " I have a new favorite ballroom " and that was it ! ! The Windsor ballroom is indeed very beautiful, with a huge dance floor and gorgeous chandeliers, just renovated very recently.Their prices and packages are competitive an you can upgrade /add and have almost anything you could think of, But of course their staff is the best part!! It was a pleasure working with Sam and Andrea from the catering office, who made the whole process a breeze, they were both very attentive and always prompt to answer any single question , in minutes, even on weekends! the night of the party , the place looked beautiful and everything went as planned , the food was delicious ! we received a lot of compliments from our guests . Our big thank you to IRMA !! She was the star of the night going out and beyond her way to make sure everything was perfect and to our liking !! the whole staff was great !Thank you again Windsor Ballroom for a great night !! Finally found an amazing venue for my ceremony and reception . First i was Blown away by staff SAM she's a sweetheart in every aspect . Secondly I was blown away by the place it is gorgeous . & then Sam hit me with the great packages that include everything you can possibly think of to make your day just perfect . I didn't have an option but to save the date 8.19.2017 I can't wait for the day to come . Their deals very great too . I just had my wedding 10-11-15... The day was wonderful! Everyone loved the Ballroom itself , food, Dj, photographer ... And of course Sam ( Samantha ) the maitre D... We just met her the day of the wedding because our coordinator who we had been working with for 1 year had just been laid off. Nobody at the Windsor Ball Room contacted us... The reason we signed at the Ball Room was because of Tara DiBianca!!! The wedding was wonderful... Everyone had fun, thank you for your guidance Tara up until the last week... And Sam... I had my wedding here on 10/22 and it was perfect. Everything was exactly as I wanted it and the staff, especially Ty, were incredible. The Filet Mignon is so good as was everything else we had. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and great the food was. Samantha is great and one of the reasons we booked here. She is always happy which just puts you in a great mood instantly and she really cares about her clients and did everything she could to ensure my husband and I had a perfect wedding day. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the planning process leading up to the day was very stressful as communication was an issue. The staff always got back to me extremely quickly, however there were some things that weren't communicated well. They forgot to charge us for things so we were hit with an unexpected cost after we thought we had paid the final balance and when we went in for our rehearsal no one from the event staff were there, which apparently is common practice. So if you plan on doing a rehearsal, be prepared for that as I was not and it was very upsetting given that we didn't know how they typically run a ceremony. Samantha did however come back in after we called her from the rehearsal which was nice. All in all I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. We truly had an amazing time at our wedding! Everything went very smooth, we could not have picked a better location. Tara was great in helping with all the details leading up to the wedding and everyone the night of the wedding was so helpful and amazing. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed the variety. If we needed anything the staff was there to help up until the very end. The staff even took all of our things to my mothers car at the end of the night so that we did not have to do anything, everything was taken care of. It was simply beautiful and our guests all loved the wedding. We are still hearing from our guests that it was one of the best weddings they have been to. We are so glad we picked Windsor Ballroom and would HIGHLY recommend it to couples looking for a wedding venue. I went to many different places prior to The Windsor Ballroom and on our first time there we new this would be the place we would have our cocktail and reception. Tara showed us around, sat with us and went over everything the packages included (so much included for your money!), answered any questions we had, had the Chef come down with a sample and he told us where he went to school, how long he's been doing working there and everything. Tara also introduced us to everyone that would be involved in helping with our special day. Everyone there was so amazing! They instantly become like family! Tara and I emailed and talked on the phone numerous times for any questions I had about any and all parts of my wedding planning. Amazing staff, and stress free when you use The Windsor Ballroom, plus you get so much for your money!!!! We even went to a food tasting prior to signing or putting any money down! Everyone at my wedding was impressed by the amount of food and how great it all tasted as well as the amount of space provided for the event. Also the dance floor is big too! We had 180 guests that fit and were able to move around easily without feeling squished! They always treat you like you are the only bride they are working with and like you are family. :) We highly recommend anyone looking for a great friendly, bang for your buck, amazing food and service to use The Windsor Ballroom!!!
