Ray put a will in place recently for my mother which she is very happy with. He put her at ease immediately as he is a not just a very sociable person but adept at dealing with older clients who may need more time and explanation to engage with the will writing process. This is especially the case if it's their first one and are anxious about getting things right. I wasn't allowed to be in the room which is protocol but after a couple of meetings to draft and finalise everything she was extremely happy with the result. I still don't know what is in the will but as long as my mother is happy that her wishes have been captured accurately and she has a smile on her face, I am happy too. More...
