What do you love most about your job?
I love talking to my clients about their lives the places they have lived, the people they have met, the adventures they have had.
Every day Is different , every bodies circumstances are different and require a great deal of thought to give the appropriate advise.
I never get home and think what a hard day i have had .I know that i have helped someone to plan their families emotional and financial well being after they have gone.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to offer the level of service I would expect to receive myself not the level a large faceless company wish to give .

Lasting Power of Attorney
Do you want to protect your assets if you were to lose mental capacity ?
A Lasting Power of Attorney is commonly known as an LPA . This is a legal document that allows you to state who you would like to make decisions on your behalf, should you be unable to do so in the future.
There are two types of LPA: a Property and Financial Affairs LPA and a Health and Welfare LPA.
If you do not have an LPA in place and you loose the capacity to make decisions your family would need to apply to the Court of Protection to gain control over you and your finances. This is a time-consuming and costly process.
An LPA is not valid until it has been registered at the Office of the Public Guardian.

Before the next of kin or executor named in the will can claim, transfer or distribute any of the deceased,s assets they have to apply for probate. Beneficiaries will not be able to receive what they have been left in the Will until all taxes etc have been paid and grant of probate received.
