I just wanted to share our experience with @_willpix located in Miami, FL. The unprofessionalism my husband and I experienced the day of our shoot and afterwards is something I felt as though needed to be addressed. @_willpix was 2 1/2 hours LATE to a shoot that was scheduled months in advance. Add on props such as a beautiful black stallion and a canoe filled with exotic flowers could not be utilized. Reason being is because @_willpix overbooked himself. The staff at Miami Secret Gardens, Blanca in particular, were very accommodating. Had it not been for their gracious hospitality, I’m not sure how the day would have went. No sort of accommodations were offered to me on @_willpix behalf. Aside from apologizing at the beginning of the shoot, nothing else was offered. The shoot was rushed because the venue had a wedding at 2:30pm, yet my husband & I managed to put our best foots forward because I wanted Birthday pictures. As the shoot began to wrap, I mentioned rushed photos that were paid in advance. @_willpix offered 3 additional pictures as a “courtesy” for “HIS” tardiness. How I expected the day to go was not as planned and after receiving my rush photos, I am not impressed.

My husband and I are understanding that mistakes happen, we tried turning a negative into a postive since all this occurred on the my actual birthday. Anxiously waiting for our “rushed photos”, I sent @_willpix a message to inquire an ETA. The dismissive response received did not sit well with us. We did not want to escalate the situation, but we also did not want @_willpix thinking that this was acceptable. Outreach was made again and @_willpix displayed a level of unprofessionalism that truly baffled us. Not only was he dismissive but still offered NO sort of accommodation. @_willpix rendition of offering us accommodation was by adding three additional edited photos to the photo selections. This was the courtesy displayed to us from @_willpix. On October 5, I received the “edited” photos and we’re less then pleased. Our expectations were not met with the service provided.

No need to follow up @_willpix 👌🏼 we are going to let our bank handle it for here, boss.

WillPix made my birthday an EXPERIENCE. I went for pictures and thy created a memory. I looked amazing thanks to his cam glam squad. Because I wanted my pictures to be a little sexy, I was a little nervous but he was so professional, I never felt uncomfortable and he captured the classy yet tasteful look I wanted to achieve! First and foremost, I've worked with many photographers in my time and WillPix Studios has exceeded my expectations. I had an idea and from the first point of contact I was met with open arms and an open platform to be as creative as I would like. They are very professional and make their clients feel comfortable throughout the entire process leading up to the actual day of the shoot. The creative team is there to amp you up and bring your vision to life. The goal at WillPix is to make all their clients feel/look like a celebrity and thats exactly what I received.
