Willie Ripple Events

When we decided to plan a 25th wedding anniversary party for mid 2020, I wanted to find someone who was "in the know" about how to pull it off seamlessly. We found Willie and immediately she put my mind at ease by clearly knowing what to do, who to call, and when to do what. Of course, by last April, we realized that we would need to postpone the party due to covid, which was a disappointment. Willie didn't skip a beat; she went to every vendor to reschedule for 2021 and we didn't lose a penny. We were able to keep the same Saturday in June, and voila, we had an amazing 25/26th Anniversary Party this past weekend. Everything worked as I had hoped, except for maybe the weather, which was a bit rainy and cool, but even that did not dim the success of the party. The lighting actually turned out better than expected. The DJ was perfect for our older crowd. The food was amazing. The room was decorated just as we had imagined. WOW! Willie did an incredible job helping us create the most amazing wedding. We were so fortunate to engage Willie right before COVID hit and caused a huge disruption in our wedding planning; she handled it seamlessly for us. She worked quickly and found helped us create multiple contingencies plans for our wedding AND finally helped us accomplish an absolute incredible wedding on June 18, 2021. She connected us with incredible vendors and communicated our visions to them perfectly. She also made sure we consider each and every detail, she helped us with so many things we never would have thought of. Our day was absolutely incredible and that wouldn't have happened with out her. I cannot recommend Willie Ripple Events highly enough! My husband and I needed someone to help us plan a Celebration of Life with over 150 guests and we didn’t even know where to begin. Our loved one lived in Denver and, since we live in Wyoming, we needed someone with local knowledge of venues and vendors. Willie provided us with a wide variety of venue choices based on our wishes and our loved one’s interests. After narrowing down the choices, and touring a couple of the venues, we found the perfect space for our event. Willie helped us with every facet of planning, including food & beverage, flowers, table linens, as well as reviewing contracts and finding the perfect DJ/music (Interaction Denver) for our event. Willie was a queen, my mom lives out of town and Willie helped her make my graduation party so special. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experiences with Willie Ripple Events. Willie and her outstanding team have assisted us with planning several parties and each of them have been incredible. Coincidentally, two of the events had to have last minute changes due to unexpected/unusual seasonal weather and Willie was able to pull off small miracles and make it seem like there was no change in plan at all!The team is able to work with you to figure out where are the areas of your event where you want to focus attention and make those pieces extra special; however, this is not done at the expense of other aspects of the party that may not have as big of a budget. Every detail is executed beautifully! Our guests have noticed the attention to detail Willie Ripple Events takes and often comment that the party is 'one of the best ever'! Willie and the team are also working to make the event special to the last minute- helping to clean up, assist with gifts, find guests, etc. All of those small things that can come up and feel a little overwhelming for an event host - Willie makes sure to get done so that you can relax and enjoy the wonderful event you've organized. We did not know how many would show up (400?), did not have the parking at the church we wanted to use, and wanted to feed and serve drinks to everyone as efficiently as possible. We worked together with Willie to coordinate off-site parking, hire food trucks, get a tent, release butterflies and create an event that was an appropriate tribute for a wonderful wife. More...

Willie is amazing! She is professional, timely, creative, easy to work with, and whole- heartedly invested in ensuring your event is a success!  Willie helped plan our wedding 5 years ago, our wedding was fantastic and I could sit back, relax and actually enjoy my wedding day.  I have recommended her since to family and friends getting married and they have all loved her as well!  When the time came to plan my husband's surprise birthday party I knew I needed help pulling off a big surprise party while also working, having a husband that often works from home, and having a 2 year old.  Of course I thought of Willie.  I called her and immediately felt like everything was under control. She is so respectful and conscientious of budget, she gave me options, helped me find a venue that fits our style and taste, negotiated and thought of all the little details, helped me set-up and tackled the tasks I either couldn't or just flat out didn't want to deal with, so I too could enjoy the party with our friends and family.  The party was a huge surprise for my husband and an immense hit with all of our guests!Willie is so flexible, she can help with venue, food, creative and special touches to make the event truly yours, set-up, clean-up, vendors, helping to delicately manage and direct family and friends, all while respecting and helping you bring to life your vision within your budget.  She has saved us so much money on our events!
