Amazing service from the first phone call. Sarah arranged someone to come out the next day to check my electrics all the while apologised they had no one that day. My electrics were checked and found no problem. It could have been a different story from another electrician. I needed a new shower as the last one burnt out not a problem with the shower but who put it in. I decided to have this company to do that and change my wiring to the shower and where my shower switch was. The lads came, it’s wasn’t easy but they sorted it. Can’t say thank you enough. I called Williams plumbing going on a recommendation, and they definitely are the best plumbers I have had in my house.. from Steve coming out to do the initial visit he was very informative and new his stuff through to Steve and Luke coming to my house yesterday to complete a number of jobs, they are very good at there job, fast and knowledgeable but also very friendly and genuine people, with a 2 year old wanting to help at every opportunity they were absolutely great and to make sure it was completed, they were still at my house at 6pm after arriving around 8.30am. Stephen came out 1 1/2 hr after calling him and looked at the job gave me a quote which I was very happy with and then told me his team would be with me at 8 am the next morning ive dealt with various trades over the years and find they can mislead you just to get the work however they was on time done exactly what was needed and done a great job no mess and hassle free I would definitely use them again thank you williams plumbing �

Called this company by chance after looking for someone locally to come and fix our boiler. Stephen answered the phone almost immediately, answered all our questions and then arrived within half an hour. Stephen was polite, professional and tidy. While he was here, he mended our radiator, sorted out our boiler and helped with our controls for the central heating - an issue we'd had for going on a year all for a reasonable price!We'll definitely be calling him in the future!
