We really appreciate all of Catherine' help! Our washing machine was broken and she was diligent to follow-up with the manufacturer in order to ensure a resolution happened (new machine installed). Catherine was reachable over calls and emails. My only piece is advice is that her emails are somehow delayed in their sending and we have pointed this out. It may be worth looking into why there is a lag in these emails. We look forward to working with Catherine in the future! More...

My experience with William Lynch has been nothing but positive from the beginning, in particular I have been in contact with Onal Hassan and Catherine Close.
Onal was very helpful in helping me find a property to rent and he made the whole process very easy and would recommend Onal to anyone looking to rent somewhere in the SE area.
