Williams Fitness has great training classes, I joined the Ladies Bootcamp classes and saw real results! The work outs can be as intense as you want them to be and Chris always helps push you just a little farther than last time. He is fun and motivating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to shed some weight and gain muscle & confidence!! More...

I've been training with Chris for four years now. He motivates me to my very best at each session. He's extremely creative with the sets we do so it's never routine or dull. He challenges you but is mindful of your limits. He also incorporates exercises I want to try out. I've seen a transformation of my body over the last four yrs and I'm pleased with my progress. I love working out with Chris! He has made me realise how strong I really am, and have given me the motivation to continue to be better. I've worked out with other trainers before and I've always felt like this was a job for them and they just wanted people to sign on for more sessions. Chris is different; he actually cares. He works with your strengths, builds on your weaknesses and is attentive to your injuries. He pushes me to my limits every single time. His work outs are fun but challenging and they provide results. I love working out with Chris! I was really nervous the first time I went to see him because I was so out of shape and was embarrassed that I couldn't even do a push up. He made me feel so comfortable and adjusted the program to my level. After only a few months, I was able to do a real push up! I've been training with Chris for more than 3 years now and the fact that he keeps me coming back for more is a proof of his professionalism and charm. His classes are interesting, you never know what new exercises he will prepare, he is easy going yet determined in pushing you to your limits as he customizes the workouts to your specific needs, goals and hurts, and he gets results that we are very proud of.
