Willhoite & Sons Fence Service just completed a privacy fence yesterday in Washington Township. The entire undertaking was nothing but a pleasure. The initial contact from the sales person set the stage -- I felt that the company was sincerely invested in my having a fence that suited my house and was pleasing to me personally. The building permit and utility line checks were handled almost immediately. The installers were polite, professional, and hard-working. We had a wonderful experience with Willhoite & Sons Fence. We had a 4ft wood picket fence installed around our back yard. We worked the entire time with Jim . He was very courteous, thorough, and honest. He came came to our property several times to measure, review, and discuss with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was very detailed explaining the process, hardware, gate mechanisms, his crew, etc. Jim was always in communication with me keeping me up to speed. The rain was a real challenge for them. It was hard getting a few dry days in a row. Also, our property has a steep hill and a lot of rock underneath. His crew was unable to use the hole digger on that hill without slipping down the hill in the mud. I figured they would have to wait until the ground could dry out enough, which is completely understandable, they can't control the weather. They went above expectation and dug the majority of the holes by hand instead. The rock presented a challenge as well and they ended up using a jack hammer to get through it. Again, Jim was constantly keeping me updated with the progress. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The fence looks amazing. Our kids and dogs can run around and I feel more comfortable. Excellent experience from start to finish! Jim ********* took care of everything for me from the measuring to planning to quotes to permits to speaking with my neighbors prior to installing the fence. When the fence was completed, debris was removed and yard was perfect. Jim is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to any question. I will recommend him to friends and family and neighbors.
