Having just moved to the area and not knowing anyone to recommend a computer repair shop, I went to the web and am very pleased to have found Mr. Pitt. This being my 9th corporate move I must say so far this business experience has been the best for me. He is available 7 days a week and when not with another customer can sign on to your home computer and take care of your urgent needs. For the years of experience he brings to the table, his rates are very appropriate for the high quality work you receive. I had several computer issues that needed to be addressed immediately. I called and an appointment was setup the next day.
The day of my appointment, the technician was able to diagnose the issue(s) and fix it within three business days(due to ordering parts).
My next experience was when I needed a new laptop. The owner and I had a consultation where he asked me a series of questions to determine the best laptop for my needs. I have had it for over a year and it is perfect.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, The service is quick and within budget compared to other companies.
