How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By offering round the clock proven nutritional and workout advice, as a fully qualified REPS level 3 personal trainer, I have a huge knowledge of fitness which I have picked up over the years as it is my major passion in life. By responding to your fitness goals, I will create tailor made workout plans which I can either send or train with you in order to achieve your goals and aspirations. I don't offer shortcuts but can work to short, medium or long term goals depending on whether you are going on holiday, wanting to get in shape for summer or just want to improve your general fitness.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Different people have different ideas of the body of their dreams, I wouldn't say there is a secret behind getting it, it's just about motivation and improving your knowledge of exercise and motivation. If someone is there to motivate, encourage and provide wisdom then they can achieve their dream body, depending on their own discipline. It's not easy, but once you are in the routine of improving your health and fitness, your dream body could be closer than you think!
What do you love most about your job?
As someone who was formally overweight and very unhealthy, living off takeaways and alcohol, I love the change that fitness/nutrition has had on my physical and mental health. To see other people go on that journey and see their own personal satisfaction as a job, is the best thing that can come from it. When people reap those benefits it can lead to the influencing others and going on that journey themselves. Plus with training, you can always gain new knowledge and you are always learning, meaning every day is different.
Why should our clients choose you?
As I am extremely flexible in where I come to train clients, have a huge knowledge of bodyweight, free weight and cardio exercises which can be performed anywhere, not just inside a gym. I have been through several fitness journeys myself, including improving muscular endurance, muscular strength, losing weight and improving flexibility. I am fully qualified and live, sleep and breathe fitness, I find nothing in life more satisfying!
