Thank you very much for an excellent service. We made two bookings. The first booking, our train journey got delayed by three hours and half. Despite that, our driver, who was waiting for us, was very helpful. There was no problem in communicating with him. A car was arranged for us on our arrival and we reached safely our destination. The second booking was for the following morning. Our driver, who was also very professional and courteous, took a different route to avoid the morning traffic and brought us on time for our appointment. From the jump the driver was quick to help me as I had 3 children and loads of luggage. Once in the car my son started to cry and quickly got louder, the driver immediately reassured me it was fine and not to stress as i was sitting in the front and my kids were in the back so I couldn't give my son the cuddle he wanted. I also stopped at the shop before getting to my destination and once home my kids said that the driver was a really nice man as he was talking to them while I was in the shop. I was booking a taxi for my night out on my birthday! The lovely operator asked what the occasion was I told her it's my birthday :) she said show the driver your id prove it's your birthday and a local Taxi within 2 miles is on us!
