What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
REAL ESTATE: Aside from taking the best quality images possible the Golden Rule of Real Estate Photography is to follow the photo posting guidelines of your MLS Board. As a licensed real estate agent I am aware of the rules regarding the content of images posted to the MLS.
EVENTS: I consider myself an event photography specialist. I have literally captured thousands of images over the years at some of the most high-end events and venues. Along with photographing the guests, I always be sure to photograph the venue, and include many branding shots for the client. I maintain the highest level of professionalism in both my conduct and appearance.
PORTRAITS: Make the client comfortable. Discuss and be aware of what they are looking for while offering some professional suggestions as well.
