When Melissa came to the shop for our preliminary discussions I immediately knew she was right for the job. She gave good honest opinions on design and cost effectiveness for me to get the best value for the 2 different aspects of my business. Unlike various other companies that had approached me, she totally listened to me and got what I was after, and what we are all about. She then put up with me and my many emails, decision changes and endless image transfers! She has created a website truly representative of our business and image and has been a joy to work with. Melissa is hugely knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction by drawing up a marketing plan, assisting with social media strategies including advising on how to reap the rewards from each individual platform.
