I'm Katy and I started Wild Soul Connection in order to help people manage their stress levels and take back control of their own health and life. I am a Reflexologist and Reiki Master / teacher who is fully insured and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

There are so many stresses in our everyday life which is why self care and wellbeing is so vitally important. The relief of stress is just one of the many advantages of receiving a reflexology or reiki treatment.
