Humongous soft play with different age categories (not that the kids listen).Seating is perfect for watching your little ones. Was very busy when we got there and there was 2 birthdays. Floors were a little dirty and the table was sticky but other than that my daughter absolutely loved her time here.The girl serving was friendly too! Excellent softplay. Very well managed, safe and well maintained. My son loves it here. The cafe is a little over priced but the food is delicious so I don’t mind paying the price. Food is always hot and fresh too. Well done! More...

We went there for a birthday party a few weeks back, it was lovely! My only gripe is, it was go anyway, and we have been told that summers will become more like this year,I think they need to increase or upgrade the air conditioning system.
It would be lovely to see older staff as well as young ones. Younger staff (in majority of places we've been) seem to always go on about their phones, or addicted to them, which is a shame, or look like they couldn't care less about what's going on.
In all fairness to the place itself, its EXTREMELY CLEAN! soft play and toilets I mean. Easy to get to, train to Harlow town station, and come out of the station, and straight across the road! Don't know about parking, as we cannot drive.
Don't know about prices for food/drinks as we went for a party. It is spacious, so it does get extremely loud, but hey..kids having fun does normally mean noise! So its brilliant in that reaepect!! More...

Fantastic double party for my niece and son today we did 2 partys at the same time and merged them into 1 big party our hosts Ellie and Jess went above and beyond even learnt a new happy birthday song for them both couldt be more impressed same time next year i think thanks again girls xx

Yesterday we had my sons 4th Birthday Party at wild n wacky. He had a brilliant time and so did all of his friends. Mummy and daddy had a stress free party with no cleaning up! Our host Ellie was attentive, making sure us and our guests had everything they wanted, nothing was too much effort. From booking, to blowing the candles out at the end all went smoothly! Had our daughters 6th birthday party yesterday at Wild n Wacky! It was Brilliant! Couldn't ask for more. Staff were amazing, We were a large party of 33 so had two party hosts both of which couldn't do more to help and make the party run perfectly. I booked my little girls 7th birthday party here.
The Private hire package. I got to say I was very pleased. Seeing the staff cleaning it before we went in to how helpful , nice and professional they where.
Everyone had a fantastic time and said how great it was . There was about 73 kids and each one of them loved it. You guys made my life so much easier by being so helpful. Very impressed

OMG! Fantastic! Just got home from my daughters 3rd birthday party, we had the best time ever. Everything was perfect. Just been to wild n wacky with two energetic kids as a treat before they go back to school. Even though it was really busy the staff were as friendly and helpful as always.
Great lunch and a lovely cup of decaf tea - which can be hard to get in other places, staff are quick to clear dirty cups and plates and are always trying to clean and tidy, not an easy task in a place like this.
Great that the air conditioning is on as the kids get so hot running around.
Will be back to book the kids Christmas party soon More...

Brought my girls today to let off some steam, was very busy but Ellie was working doing abit of everything exactly when needed wether it was making drinks serving of food and drink on the counter of on the door, she is an absolute credit to your team. Had my sons 6th birthday party here last weekend and it was excellent! Was able to book it all online - received everything we needed inc. invites in the post and the organisation on the day was great. Alannah was our party host and she was fab explained everything, organised everything and sorted the cake for party bags, they even thought of things like a big bucket to keep all our shoes together(not seen this anywhere else before and is a brill idea!) and a bag for all the pressies! We had the best private party for my son's 6th birthday yesterday. From my initial enquiry to the end of the party, everything was faultless! Amanda and Emma were great managers and the girls staffing the party were brilliant, nothing I asked of them was a problem (music, more food/drinks etc) and they remained happy and friendly throughout (despite the noise and mess ��)! We took our daughter to Wild and Wacky today for her birthday party, having been impressed by previous parties she had been to.

The whole process was simple, considering how late notice we organised everything, they made space for quite a large party of us. The food was great, the soft play itself great fun for all the kids and the facilities clean.

We had to add a number of last minute RSVPs, managed to leave the house without birthday candles and had two different food allergies to consider and the staff made tree whole party run so smoothly regardless.

There were a number of additional options including balloons and party bags which, although we didn't go for them, make planning a kids party so much more straightforward.

It is simply lovely here. So many toys and fun things to do. Food is lovely in the cafe too but a bit over priced. It's best to come here during the week as during the weekend it's too busy. Love it here though

Clean and well maintained.Easy to keep an eye on your kids while enjoying coffee. Parking nearby is free,limited to 3 hours stay, but parking right outside the doors is only for 30 minutes.
