If our client has a problem, we work with them to find a solution. One way or another there is always a solution.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the IT industry for 10 years and dealt with programmers, systems administrators and technicians across numerous IT platforms I became frustrated with a hands off approach towards others. There were many times when genuine people (customers - although sometimes this was forgotten) asked questions that either took too much explaining or were deemed trivial. People wish to embrace technology at some level and 18 years ago I saw the opportunity to offer solutions to other business owners that helped rather than hinder. The key to customer satisfaction is understanding that just because their skillset is different doesn't mean you can't work towards a viable solution and I enjoy working and talking to people. We have a keen eye and interest in new technology and bringing the two together just made sense. I've always loved programming but communication up, down and across the "client - consultant" divide helps create the right atmosphere for a successful project.
There is one thing better than creating the perfect website that brings leads to your door. Building it (with input) for a customer that converts the sale.
