Iv had a great experience with Annmarie over the past few weeks as a nutritionist and hypnosis iv lost one stone in wieght and a few inches here and there and lowered my sugars as I am diabetic too and feel much healthier , thank you Annmarie x

What we eat and how well we digest and absorb the nutrients from our food plays a huge role in how our body and brain functions so it makes sense to address the quality of our diet as well as our lifestyle habits

I love hearing a person's story and connecting the dots to see and find the root cause of their health condition and then seeing how they improve when they put the nutritional advice/changes into practice and knowing they have the tools to help them improve their life ongoing. Getting feedback from clients that they have learned so much and how they are feeling better is the best job satisfaction for me .

I have always been interested in Nutrition and loved how it changed my health so short of shouting it from the rooftops how our diet is more important than we realise, the best thing for me was to study Nutrition myself and be able to see people one to one and apply what I have learned and still continue to learn to help them with their health.

I have a genuine interest in each person I work with and will spend as much time as needed in researching and putting together a personalised protocol that I feel is appropriate. I understand that changes take time so will not put any pressure on a person to put everything into place at once and will work at their pace in an unjudgemental way. I take the time to explain my reasons behind my nutrition advice rather than just giving lists of things to do. I have gotten great feedback from previous clients as well as testimonials as shown on my website.
