I used them for my weddings cake back in 2014, and at a younger age, prior to my wedding, I temporarily worked for Nadine as receptionist though a temp agency, which is how I found out about the place. After reading the negative reviews, I get how some people may feel Nadine comes off as a little unfriendly. I kind of agree... However, that seems to be just who she is and her cakes are phenomenal! I can't wait to have my baby shower next spring just so I can order a cake from her. My wedding cake was worth EVERYTHING, including her perceived "dry" attitude because Nadine delivers quality and visually. My wedding cake was beautiful ,moist, and so delicious. I did not think that fondant Icing would taste that good, but My, my, my, has it come a long way. The grooms cake was beautiful, and also tasted delicious. My vision came to life. Our cakes were the best EVER!!! Hands-down I have never eaten a cake at anybody else’s wedding that tasted that Amazing & Delicious. I was a little pissed that I didn’t have any cake left to take home because the vendor took most of it. But I do have my top layer and we are looking forward to eating it next month. Best cake company in town by a mile - we’ve been using Nadine for over a decade and she and her team are and have always been top notch. I’ve attached just three cakes they’ve done for us as I couldn’t find my other photos. The very best part of the cake is the taste. We prefer the white cake with the amaretto buttercream but they are all incredible! They will not disappoint and all your guests will be asking “who made the cake!?” More...

Nadine made both our Wedding and Grooms Cake, and they were the best cakes I have ever had, EVER!!! She made these beautiful dragonflies and stargazer lillies for the wedding cake, and made the tastiest suitcases (chocolate w/ chocolate chip frosting)! Who Made the Cake made my wedding and grooms cake this pass weekend and it not only looked amazing but it tasted so good. We received a lot of compliments on how nice the cakes looked and we're approached by many guest afterwards to tell us how moist and delicious the cakes we're . I had a cake testing today at Who Made The Cake, and I must say I am truly impressed. Not only was the service great but all of the cakes were delicious! One year ago Nadine made the most beautiful cake for our wedding. The cake was the talk of the reception because it was So delicious. In the normal tradition we pulled the frozen cake topper out on our anniversary and believe it or not it still tasted moist and surprisingly good. I attended a wedding in 2007. Normally I don't eat wedding cake. I decided to taste this one. It was delicious. I never forgot the taste.
My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary this past weekend(,May 30). While preparing for the festivities I contacted the mother of the groom, got the name and number of the company who made the cake. I arranged to have a cake tasting with the owner.(the tasting went very well) A contract was drawn up.
The cake was delivered, beautifully decorated.. Everyone enjoyed the cake. I had the 2 top portions of the cake left, so my family and I were able to enjoy it even more.
Thank you Nadine, this is the best cake I have ever eaten. It's worth every dollar spent on it.

When we started planning our wedding there wasn't a doubt in my mind that I wanted Nadine and her wonderful cakes. I had a few ideas for my cake and she helped me create a beautiful cake that tasted even better than it looked. My husband is a hard one to please and she helped him design a gorgeous cake to capture his vision of the Joker and Harley Quinn. A little over seven years ago, my husband and I were married at Ashton Gardens in Houston, TX. Even after so many years, everyone still talks about the AMAZING wedding cake that Nadine Moon (Who Made The Cake! ) made for our wedding. We have now moved back to Houston and are looking foraard to ordering a cake to celebrate moving back home to Houston. When I saw my cake I almost cried. It was so beautiful, and took my breath away. It definitely was a show stopper. Nadine was extremely nice, and took the time to sketch our very own personal wedding cake. The cakes were extremely moist, and delicious. I was a little worried about our budget, but Nadine was open to designing a cake around it. If you don't give her a try, your missing out on the best cake shop in Houston. They worked with my Husband and I decorating our cake and providing us with everything we were looking for in a cake. When we came in for the first time she had a variety of 7 or 8 pieces of cake to try with a glass of water. She was very knowledgeable on what she cooks and what she provides. We went threw albums and gave her my vision, she used colored pencils to draw exactly what hi wanted. When i was at the venue and came down to meet my husband i saw the cake and it was exquisite. Nadine is awesome! We met with her personally to design our wedding and grooms cakes and also tasted their more popular flavors.

After meeting with 3-4 other bakeries before Who made the Cake, we immediately knew that we wanted to book with them and signed the contract and made full payment that day.

Nadine talked us through all the possibilities for both the wedding and grooms cake. The cakes on our wedding day were absolutely amazing. The wedding cake was gorgeous, the icing flowers were beautiful, and the grooms cake was awesome (R2D2 3D cake for the star wars lovers out there, see pics). I still remember my first conversation with Nadine. Basically, me telling her I would need a cake without fondant, because I hate fondant. This as I was eating my final bite of cake (angels had started singing during this experience). She said, "that cake (you're eating) has fondant".
