What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for people and businesses. I enjoy the opportunity to get to work with all kinds of organisations, be they small start ups or large more established organisations across a wide array of sectors.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to create my own advisory firm to be able to offer clients a unique and challenging

All services can be offered on a fully remote basis. We have different fee structures applicable to remote and location-based work.

Project design and management
We have the capacity contribute to our client's project design and planning through to post-implementation review.
Organisational Development
This service includes initial organisational analysis to understand the business and relevant sector information. We then work with the clients to develop an organisational development plan which we then normally help implement and regularly review progress and make adjustments as necessary. We work with start ups through to more established organisations.
Independent Research
We have the capacity and experience to conduct independent research in areas such as insight, marketing, international development, business, Industry and governance.
Policy Advisory
This service line includes policy research, development and implementation that utilities our research function to deliver insightful, and meaningful policy advisory through to implementation and review. This service includes organisational policies such as internal policy through to external policies for INGO's and public bodies.
