From the moment we walked into the shop, to the moment we picked up the suits, Craig and his team made us feel like VIPs! Whitfield and Ward helped me and my now wife design the suit of my dreams for our wedding day and made my groomsmen look smart and respectable - which is no mean feat ! The team listened to what we wanted, advised and sat through hours of design meetings picking and choosing fabrics to the final fittings to make sure everything was perfect for the big day. They have such an attention to detail making sure you stand out and look sharp including providing an incredible number of buttons to pick from! I wouldn’t hesitate in suggesting to anyone getting married to go and see Craig and team, whether hiring or buying your own custom suit, it’s a service second to none! Went for our first consultation today following recommendation from another supplier and we could not have been happier.
I feel completely confident that the suits we hire will be perfect. I can be sure of this because of the way they are measured. By trying on the suits until the correct fit is found and then the guarantee that because all the stock is on site the actual suit tried on will be the exact one hired on the day with alterations made for correct leg length ext. If there was any doubt we will collect the suits on the Tuesday for a Friday wedding to allow for the unlikely event of any problems.
Such lovely people who I feel we can trust completely. I cannot wait to see the love of my life and all the groomsmen looking spectacular on our big day!

Just had my first appointment with Whitfield & Ward and I can honestly say I could not be happier with the experience.

I've had experience with the Whitfield & Ward team from a couple of different angles over the last few years - as a client but also as a fellow wedding supplier.
And from both points of view they have never been anything less than superb.
When I was lucky enough to be a client as part of my cousin's wedding party, the experience was unrivalled. We were made to feel super special, nothing was too much trouble, Nicola was so patient with me wanting to get my head round all the different options that may be available to us and my cousin's fiance (now husband!) said he'd never had an experience like it (obviously in a good way!)
From the wedding supplier point of view, I now work with these guys on a regular basis - they are the only suit hire and bespoke tailors that I recommend to my own clients and due to their incredible level of service, passion for what they do and quality of the product they offer, I find myself tagging them in wedding photos on pretty much a weekly basis.
My grooms love them as much as I do and I genuinely can't speak highly enough of Nicola & Craig and all of their wonderful team :)

After two visits to the shop and signing an agreement our suits were cancelled over the phone as the company was worried the suits would not be returned on time. Our suits would have been back in the shop two days after our wedding. I am still unclear what this comment actually means.. We cannot emphasise enough how delighted we are that we chose Whitfield and Ward for our big day on 5th August 2016! Nicola and Craig took exceptional care of us throughout the whole process.
