What do you love most about your job?
Of all my work-related accomplishments, I am most proud of the work that has been done helping clients develop their HR strategies, assisting in evaluating the different HR models, services and benefits needed, and partnering with them through the implementation and execution phase. The greatest reward is seeing clients achieve greater levels of success and watching the results of your collaboration help make companies better. Better employers. Better company culture. Better financial results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the last 20 years I have heard repeatedly from business owners that they don’t have confidence in the HR model they are using nor do they have clarity on what HR is costing them.
With 20+ years experience I can help business eliminate this fear, uncertainty and doubt.
