This is a great pub. The bar really gets the sun in the afternoon. There is a big screen for watching the football and rugby in the front of the pub. There are tables for food as you progress to the rear of the pub, where you will find a family friendly restaurant. There is also a conservatory and large children's play area in the rear. Fab food. Good size portions at a reasonable price. Speedy service and staff very welcoming and friendly. Can well recommend the chicken in cheese and leek sauce. Sure potatoes were delicious.

Great place! We popped in there over the summer holidays and it was busy with a good atmosphere. The children played out the back beer garden safe as me and the wife enjoyed a nice drink. We didn't have food as we already eaten by the time we got there, but heard good vibes about the food there. Always something good going on there and such friendly people too. Fantastic pub with the biggest and best beer garden in Newquay, very dog friendly and child friendly, front and rear entrance is great, fantastic food and lovely homemade specials menu, always an event on there the staff are fab always up for a laugh and very welcoming, great place to have book a party.
