White Bear Studios is a professional music production and recording studio based in Manchester in the North West of England. Established in 2011 by Producer David Page, White Bear Studios has since grown to larger premises with upgraded audio equipment, and is building an ever increasing client list.

At the age of 70, after singing folk songs all my life, I decided to record some CDs for my grandchildren. I approached White Bear Studios and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I am in a wheelchair and the lads there went out of their way to accommodate me and to make me feel comfortable, as I was quite nervous at first. 5 visits got 61 songs recorded and a set of 4 CDs recorded for posterity. They encouraged me all the time and got the best out of my voice, they also make good tea, I would recommend the studio to anyone. More...

As an upcoming record label, its always good to have an experienced engineer and producer working with my artists and I found Dave to be a great individual who shares the same vision and aspirations in the direction we want to head towards and the content that we want to create. Had a really enjoyable first session, made us feel very welcome, i remember saying, it almost felt like we both knew each other for a long time even though we had met that day for the first time, guess that's a good thing right. Would defo recommend this studio to anyone wanting to record some tunes. The studio has such a cool vibe, and we ended up working on a song with me on vocals and Dave on keyboard/ Nick on guitar which was so fab, and felt very professional . I walked out feeling so inspired to go out and gig and pursue singing, so really couldn't sing its praises anymore. Can't wait for the next session !!!!! More...

I would heartily recommend White Bear to any band with up to 5 members - or more if you don't have a drummer. It is compact but the backline and drum kit provided are sound and the acoustics are very good.
The kitchen and toilet facilities are great too. Plenty of private parking space and dead easy to get your gear in and out.
The guys who run it are fantastic to deal with and they are the real strength of this place - I like White Bear a lot :-)

Good, modern studio with a good sized live room. The engineer Dave is nicely OCD and really knows what he's doing, enabling you to get spot on tracking and great tones too.
Refreshments, food and a bar make working there more homely.
Would recommend to anyone.

I recorded the drums to 4 songs on Saturday. Dave was excellent to work with and got a great sound for my kit. The facilities were really good and sorry that you are leaving Chorley but will hopefully use your new studio in Manchester.

The studios live room doubles up as a rehearsal room. Full backline is included so just bring your guitars and sticks!

Commercial Audio
White Bear Recording Studio can provide bespoke audio and music to accompany your visuals. This can include advertisements, short films, instructional videos and more. Our previous clients include; Ellesse, JD Sports, Results with Lucy, and Woodley Equipment Company amongst others. Audio can be selected from our extensive library or created just for you in accordance with your brief. We can produce high quality audio with fast turnaround times to help you meet your deadlines.
Video Production
The Recording Studio has the facility to film your recording session and sync your professional audio recording to video. This product is great for artists and musicians of all levels, and acts as extra exposure and proof of your talent. Sessions can be filmed in either our Live Lounge, in the Isolation Booth or in the Control Room.
